I called in and asked for a pedicure. Was told to come right away (1 star). I got to the salon and was seated right away (1 star). She asked if I wanted my nails trimmed and I said all but the big toe. I wanted it cut just above the tip of my toe. She cut it below my tip. Two clients walked in and were seated for pedis. The tech asked me if I could wait since they had scheduled appointments. A courtesy would’ve been to tell me over the phone so I could make the decision to wait. I’m currently sitting here in water with no polish. I didn’t come for this service. I have things I need to do with my time rather than being inconvenience for someone else. Please don’t continue this practice as everyone’s time is valuable. A lot of salons do this so they don’t lose the business. Greed is not going to gain customers. Sorry for the wet feet in the photo. Never felt so amazing like this, VIP NATURAL NAILS is really a fantastic place, I was in shock literally after I left with the Deluxe pedicure, my feet and legs feel so soft, and my nails are so beautiful, like such a natural blend of white and pink…WOW ❤️, they got great service, good customer communication skills, a lot you make it…. Been coming here for a while first months were good then the lady i go see left. New lady is ok till later the service is not accurate. If you dont pay attention u dont get what is in the package and they rushing you most of the time. Simple manicure and u see spme of nails still have the old polish i have in it light pink polish. No massage too.

I have been to this location several times. I am usually pleased with the service I receive. Today was different. I waited to receive service until the tech came back to the salon. I was very disappointed in her attitude. I was ignored a few times while asking for a specific service to be done correctly. This tech is usually nice, friendly, and honors my request for service. Well the lady that did my manicure did it in about 15 mins, I didn’t get the hand massage, nail work was very sloppy there were dents in the nail polish and she seemed to do everything quickly. These are one of the great spots you would easily miss because it’s so hidden. I would highly recommend. Great prices for full quality service. They have multiple tiers. I got the Roman spa pedicure, the service as follows: Soak, cuticle maintenance, callus removal, floral sea salt scrub massage, paint, hot stone massage, oil massage, finished off with a hot towel. Ask for Vanna if she is available, she did a very thorough job and great massage
