Ive come here before and my nails where done great by the same young lady but this time my experience was horrible. I went for a gel mani pedi and left with just a base coat. The man was rushing and I had to speak up because I didnt want to pay for something i was unhappy with ( which ive done many times). He didnt even let my hands soak and just started cutting my skin dry with with an old utensil. After i mentioned this he brung over some water and let my hands sit for no longer than thirty seconds and pulled out some new utensils from a package. After this he just went straight to painting my nails doing such a horrible job that i got emotional. I just had to leave. He proceeded to talk about me in his language until i left.I would never go back here. Not to mention that he had an open wound on his hand which is unsanitary bc if he would’ve cut me …. you know the rest.
