I’m not gonna lie I had decent expectations going in, my friend got her wedding nails done here… But my experience was not as great as hers. First of all, my nails (regular acrylic with a gel color French tip) were $100!! Which with tip is DOUBLE what I normally pay for my nails… The shape length and actual acrylic are fine I have no problems with that, but the nail tech doing my nails broke skin on my cuticle and caused me to bleed. They replied to the original version of my review to let me know I was overcharged by $15 and that they would refund it, saying to just give them a call and when I did they gave me the refund as promised but said it wasn’t because I was overcharged it was “to make me happy” which, I didn’t ask for a refund I just posted to tell others my experience. It was offered to me… Also, charging ten dollars for nail removal when it’s not even a soak off? ridiculous. The guy shoved a tool under my nail and pried them off, it took 30 seconds, and hurt pretty bad. I’d understand a charge if they had soaked them off.

VIP Nails is AMAZING. My daughter and I went for her 18th birthday and they surprised her with a cake and the entire salon sang Happy Birthday to my daughter. I couldn’t believe it! Someone had ran their vehicle into my daughter’s car just hours before our appointment. Their gesture really made her day and I appreciated it so much.

Beautiful, clean salon! Their pedicures are so thorough! I don’t use acrylic nails, they don’t pressure me into it. They work with my nails as they are. The massage is amazing too!! Posted 2 pics from my last two visits.

Yinelkis was my nail tech and she is wonderful. We had great conversation and she did a fantastic job on my nails. I got the gel polish French tip. She is very detailed in making sure they are perfect. They are lucky to have her. Highly recommend this salon. They are very busy so make sure to call ahead. Gel manicures

The place is nice and has a very elegant feel. The services were good for a deluxe pedicure as well. They are very pricey though so prepare, especially if you want gel polish which is an extra $20. I did find some of the employees to be very pushy for you to upgrade services and spend money. They also would rather you pay with cash versus card.

Each time I go in, the place is always packed! Must mean they have a good thing going on – which I found to be the case. Their pedicure chairs are nice and their staff has been welcoming and great at treatments. My sole complaint is how long it has taken multiple times to be seated even with an appointment. They’re in demand and don’t have enough staff to keep up!

The only place I can really trust to give me the same product every time with a reasonable price and great customer service. The nail techs take their time and ensure my satisfaction with my nails. Since I am in the military my color options are usually more limited so it is nice to find a place with a large variety of colors that are within regulation that I can choose from.
