Amazing! This was our first time in. I brought my teenage daughter in for a full set with some Halloween art. We’ve seen a lot of people with stunning nails around Lake Stevens and they’ve all told us they got them done at VIP Nails. We had a picture of what my daughter wanted and the gentleman (I think his name is David) who did them is THE BEST! Her nails turned out better than the picture. He took his time to make sure they were perfect. All the people working here seem very warm and friendly and it seems they have a lot of loyal regulars. I can definitely see why. We will be coming back for sure! Thank you!!

Literally had low expectations when coming. I’ve had a lot of bad nail experience lately and have become a little jaded . But to be honest after david finished my nails I could have cried they were so beautiful. They looked exactly like the photo I showed. He listened to all of my preferences kept them nice and thin. I’ve gotten nothing but compliments since having them done. I will be back and be telling everyone about this place now 🙂 plus the price made it even more special. 35 for a gel mani with nail art and a fill. Make sure to tip well 🙂 ! They deserve it.

My daughter and I had a 5:30pm appointment with this place.Came hear with high hopes of finally finding a decent nail salon. I booked the appointments because of all the 5 star reviews. We were never acknowledged when we walked in then the gentleman pointed to two pedicure chairs which we went over and sat for 15 minutes, still not being acknowledged, then one of the ladies finally started the water for us and both my daughter and I had scolding hot water. One lady put cold water in mine and not my daughters. After that and STILL not being acknowledged except for the starting of the scolding hot water we decided to leave. No one said anything, they let a few hundred dollars walk out the door. The customer service is horrible. I would rather have my nails done where they are not going to be great but the customer service is much better. Very disappointed that we drove 25 minutes to this place and to just end up leaving. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wish I could give zero stars.
