Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNever again I’m going to this place. Once I walked in, I guess the owner was just sitting on the front couch and rudely asked what we need, told him and just just told us to sit down. Okay fine. But what got me the most are my nails! How in the hell do my nails look like the picture. For one I asked if the gentleman could use acrylic powder and he used polish because the powered of color was too watery for him to use. Told him fine just leave the polish color and he just continued and continued. Try to fix it but just made it worse. And still made me pay full price. Never again I’m going to this place. Once I walked in, I guess the owner was just sitting on the front couch and rudely asked what we need, told him and just just told us to sit down. Okay fine. But what got me the most are my nails! How in the hell do my nails look like the picture. I went here twice a few months ago. I kept getting this young man who barely massaged my feet for longer than a minute and what little he did was very light. He was nice with good customer services but my feet, shins and toe nails from the pedicure was pretty amateurish. It only lasted barely two weeks before it started wearing off and with a personal person it lasts 4 weeks with me. I came in today on Christmas Eve and I had Jimmy. He definitely did better. I recommend Jimmy for pedicures. I loved the renovations. They’re right by Walmart and they’re open often. The young woman who waxes my eyebrows does a good job. I do think something is missing from them getting 5 stars from me only because I travel globally and I’ve had much better experiences. I believe if they really learn how to make the nails last, do better massages the legs and feet and maybe offer neck and shoulder massages that would be nice, the little things matter. They do offer different types of beverages which is great. They’re also fast with little wait times they just need professionals with skills. Overall, I recommend this place.

Terrible customer service. Dont let the young Asian man with bleached hair do your nails. He does not have his license. He lied. Does not sterilize instruments. I had to remind him to use base coat. Very rushed. Did not lotion or use cuticle oil. Just an overall terrible job. He claimed to be the manager. Unbelievable. Never again.

I went in and showed my nail tech a picture of what I wanted. Cream base with gold glitter at top. He tried unsuccessfully. Was nothing like I wanted. So I said let’s do plain French manicure. He was upset I assume bc he didn’t tell me right off he couldn’t do what I asked and now has to start over.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe older lady cut off the tip of my toe! Polish would not dry. And It rubbed off. After sitting for 10 minutes to let it dry. I came back to have her fix it andshe just painted it more and my polish is now lumpy.

I asked for a classic pedicure and the girl seemed in a rush and did not provide a pedicure service. Pedicure lasted 27 minutes. That is including having my feet soaking in the warm water. Does not even deserve one star! It’s not the place it is the person that attended me. I have had him before and was the same way I just did not took my time to write a review.. KEN , was doing a refill on my nails and I was Soo rude and harsh. The entire process he would twist my fingers too harsh where it got to a point for me to complain and tell KEN to be gentle.. he spoke in his language ( me knowing he was complaining about me because he rolled his eyes). Towards the end he twisted my arm and hurt me. I told KEN “you don’t have to be so rude” and then he was disrespectful and gave me attitude as if it was my fault I got hurt! On top of that i would ask him to file my nails down and he ignored me completely. I repeated the request three times and never got them filled. If you go to here try to avoid getting KEN. As I said I really like the place, they do a good job just not the person that attended me.
