My daughter had her nails done yesterday, and within four hours two acrylic nails had popped off. They offered to fix them for free, but once we got there, rushed through the job. Later last night, she lost two on the other hand.

Not at all happy with service. Had been given a price quote that I verified when I 1st got there. The lady started to remove polish, told me a higher price to which I said no I was told $$. Guess that didn’t set well with her, she was unfriendly and seemed just wanted to rush me out. The paint job has bubbles, doesn’t cover ends of nails, just a shoddy job. And was paint globs under 2 nails, and nails were rough. The man came at end, removed the globs and filed the rough edges. Wish he had done the whole process. I’m very disappointed. Just wanted polish removed and my nails repainted.

I have tried multiple times to get service here. It doesn’t matter if I walk in or schedule online they are never available even with no one else in the building. We recently moved here and are big on keeping money going to local businesses. I will drive to get better service though.

Wish I could give this place a better rating but I didn’t even get far enough to get services by them. Came in 3 HOURS before closing, no one was waiting, and most people halfway done getting their service. They asked what I wanted, which was a basic gel manicure, no acrylic, no design. Was told they didn’t have time for that. When I elaborated that what I wanted was a 30 minute service and they closed in 3 hours, they just reiterated they didn’t have time for that. This is the first time I even stepped in this building and it was the last time too. Absolutely terrible

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT RECOMMEND! I went there to get my nails soaked off to avoid damaging my natural nails before I get them redone for vacation. Keep in mind, THE WHOLE POINT WAS TO NOT DAMAGE MY NAILS!!! The lady started off my taking a nail tip and putting it under my acrylic and ripping off the acrylic. She then decided to soak them because that was HURTING me and DAMAGING my nails. After soaking for 10-15 minutes she tries again with the nail tip. It wasn’t working so she used her drill bit and filled them down to soak them again. She did that at least 3 or 4 times and then went back to the nail tips and shoved it under the acrylic and RIPPED off all my nails. My nails are now more damaged than they would be if i ripped them off myself. DO NOT RECOMMEND! NOT TO MENTION, what should’ve taken 30 minutes tops took almost an hour. My husband I and our grandaughter went. My husband and I for pedicures my grandaughter a set of nails. My husband rarely gets pedicures so he gets the good ones. He asked them to make water warmer I asked them twice more for him they never warmed the water. They rushed thru his as well as stopped to do eyebrows. Not cool plus he asked for the one with a 15 min massage. He didn’t get his massage he got treated like a after thought and he was paying plug gave them a good tip. Won’t go back.

Critical: QualityDO NOT RECOMMEND this place. I told the lady 6 times to fix my nails. She still did not. I asked for coffin shape and she gave me some square, oval, sharp edge, uneven shape. Gave me the wrong color. Looks like sh!$. She got up in the middle of doing my nails to do some lady’s eyebrows and my best friends person up and left her completely to do someone elses and pulled on her hands and twisted her fingers Don’t go there ♀️ ♀️DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.
