I went here after having a bad experience 2 years ago. I am glad I decided to go back. It is rare to find a nail tech that understands that women don’t want masculine nails. So I went here two weeks ago and I wasn’t fully satisfied on my pedicure or dip set. My set was too bulky and in the middle of service, the person that started my set switched out. The lady that took over told me that my nails were bulky because of the shape of my hands. Total bs. I was so annoyed. My pedicure was okay. I decided to give them one more chance and the guy that did my pedicure also did my dip set. It was awesome. My nails fit me so perfectly. I am a licensed Cosmetologist Instructor and I must say, he knows how to make the hand look feminine. This is not a skill that all nail techs have. I will definitely be asking for him only when visiting this location. The best part was him being fast as well. I also noticed that even if you leave a tip on the card, they give their techs their tips. This is also rare. Treat your techs right so that they will stay. Nothing worst than working all day and being inconvenienced. I also love that when the service was over and I asked how much my services were, they didn’t try to overcharge me or switch prices. You would be surprised how many salons do this, hoping that no one asks. I will be going back. It’s better than driving to Irving.

It was ok. I didn’t like having my nails soaked off in a bowl. Much prefer cotton ball and foil. My main problem was I was rushed when I was the only one there also I brought my two daughters. They wanted rainbow nails and a guy told them no one color so she cried and picked one color. Then called my daughter a cry baby several times. I wasn’t sure if he was trying to joke or be funny but I didn’t like it… the nails came out pretty but I thought 50 dollars was high for plain color dipped nails. I usually go to Bridget at Heritage salon but was inpatient and wanted to get them done right away. My mistake.
