Horrible! My nails are so damaged! My fingers are raw and sore. I left before my nails were even done, because I couldn’t take the pain anymore. She just kept butchering me! Blood everywhere! Not to mention, it looks like I have speed bumps in my nails now. She offered to soak my raw and bloody finger tips in acetone to remove them, and naturally I declined such a barbaric torture treatment. I will NEVER return. I hate it because I love to shop local.

Let me start by saying, I have visited tis location many of times, but yesterday was the worst. Went in to get my nails redone. Just a basic take these off and re-dip my nails with a new design. The lady that did my nails was in such a rush. I understand with Christmas three days a way, you got a lot of people to see. However, there was no one there when we were. She ended up cutting me with her nail file, and I have nicks all over my fingers. She even noticed I was bleeding, said something, and just moved on with what she was doing. Later she put some stuff on it that burned like no other. This lady is deadly with a nail file.

Worst experience of my life! The lady cut the sides of my big toes off and then attempted to hide all the blood by painting over it. Then she didn’t even paint my entire nails so I had to ask for the polish to finish them myself! My left big toe is now severely infected! NEVER AGAIN! Pedicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI haven’t been able to find a good nail spot here in Bonham so my mother in law and I decided to come here to VIP Nails and I can say I am disappointed in their work. There was a huge rush so I could tell that the guy was rushing through to quickly get my nails done. I haven’t been able to find a good nail spot here in Bonham so my mother in law and I decided to come here to VIP Nails and I can say I am disappointed in their work. There was a huge rush so I could tell that the guy was rushing through to quickly get my nails done. The next day I was looking at my nails more closely and noticed that each nail was cracking and I did get my nails dipped.

I recently got a pedicure and my nails done… First pedicure that I’ve been able to get since an injury 6 1/2 months prior. I now have two metal plates in one ankle and still have nerve issues, I was very pleased when there were no issues with pain or anything. The girl that did my pedicure did an awesome job. Looking forward to the next visit! Fast forward to Easter 2022… just had toes done by Mike, awesome job!!!! Thank you so much!! Still a great place to get your toes and nails done! Thanks for another great pedi!!!

This place is always hit and miss! Last time I went they did a great job but this time it wasn’t as good especially for the price of the pedicure. The main reason I pay for a pedicure is cuz of my heels. They are super dry and cracked and last time they had them so smooth but this time they are not. And by time i realized it was the end and they had already painted my toenails. Hopefully next time is better but I definitely won’t be getting the 50.00 one incase this happens again.

Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to!! They literally butchered my fingers!! Was in pain for days after my appointment that took over 3 hours!! Go somewhere else!! Anywhere else!! Over 3 hours, over $100, lots of agony and in the end my fingers and toes didn’t even match

Critical: QualityI have never left this place unsatisfied, until yesterday I went to get my nails and toes done the girl who did my toes amazing customer service and she actually took her time on my feet and I got my money’s worth, but my nails are horrible I will never understand how you can mess up short nails? And if I tell you to fix something I expect you to be understanding enough to fix the problem considering I’m paying my hard earned money.
