They were really nice and did an amazing job on my acrylics. The free-hand designs he did were insane. Everything was very clean and the ventilation was great, there wasn’t a super strong smell like most salons. Even though it was packed when I came in for my appointment I still got in and out in a decent amount of time. I recommend them to everyone.

Not to discredit the talent at this business but was unsatisfied overall due to poor customer service from a male staff member. As a first time customer, I came to this business to get my nails done for my wedding. The lady who done my pedicure was very polite and social with me through my session. The male who done my nails you could notice was rude and out of line. I was repeatedly TOLD throughout my session with him “to relax”. When he laid my hand on his station, 2 nails messed up from the rag he had put my hand on top of and was rude when he had to simply fix it (which didn’t even take 1 minute to fix). He flung off caps and was pulling on my hands harshly because he was irritated and told me to be careful. I was very apologetic, thanked him, told him he did a great job, as well as tipped both of the staff members. Satisfied with my nails but not the service!

I asked to have my toenail cut or filed straight across. She proceeded to cut the corner and dig into the side of my toenail like I asked her not to do. I was too late to catch her on the right toe but thankfully it wasn’t done to both. I get ingrown toenails easily when my nails are cut too short so I know what to ask for and how to prevent them. Hoping this doesn’t turn into one, but unfortunately it’s been throbbing since I got it done. I probably won’t return.

Great job & prices on pedicures. Nice clean looking spa. & highly recommend The lotions they sell. Ohhh and by the way, for those complaining about cst service. Cst service lacks in Fort smith in general. So far, thankfully I haven’t had any cst service issues at VIP nails.

I periodically get my nails done at this salon. Most of the time, the nails are fine. Not great- not horrible. This past time made me decide that I will not be back. All I needed was for my acrylic to be removed. I was seated and the man who always checks people in and out started on my nails. He was in such a rush that he cranked the drill all the way up to try and get off as much acrylic as fast as possible. It was going so fast that my nails started to burn and the acrylic dust and debris was popping all over the place- so much so a piece popped under the plexiglass barriers and into my eye. My eye was super irritated and I tried blinking the piece out as best I could but I eventually had to flush my eye when I got home. The man had the audacity to look me and say “just don’t look at it.” No apology, no concern that a piece of my acrylic nail just got into my eye. His over all impression of the situation was annoyance and blamed me for it happening. My face was a full arms length away and behind the barrier, yet he acted like it was my fault it happened. After he realized I was annoyed that he was blaming me, he switched me to a different nail tech. She wasn’t any better. She didn’t want to wait on the nails to soak so she drilled as well. She couldn’t stop telling me how thin my natural nails were… as she proceeded to drill on them some more. By the end of it my natural nails were sore/burning and so thin they needed to get rid of the entire length. I’m a pretty easy going person, but yeah… I will not be back!

Absolutely love this place!! We were 2 walk-ins for pedicures. They got us right in. But we were told the day we went (Wednesday) was a slower day and they were almost full! They had more Pedi chairs than nail chairs. They normally have a tech for every station. As most places, an appointment is better, but you may still have a wait, but I would be ok with that. Every tech has their own “toolbox” and their tools were in autoclave sleeves, so that’s great!! Everything was super clean. The atmosphere is so pretty! They even offer drinks!! The basic Pedi is $25, then $35 and up. We will definitely be going back!!
