I was a costumer for almost 4 years, lately they have no respect for costumers. Their costumer service is the worst I ever experience, they always want to be charging different prices, I understand when it comes to different services. I use to go every 2 weeks most of the time my nails were never the same shape or they would be thicker than others I wouldn’t be satisfied but I never said anything I’m not the type to complain but today I regret it because they want to overcharge me just to soak off my nails when I get this done all the time but she said because I wasn’t getting anything done of course Im not, I got tired of my nails not being even I got tired of wasting my money and I clearly told this to the manager and employee they know me and if it was more they could of told me before so we wouldn’t have a problem when they know I go all the time to get the same thing. They had no respect for me honestly I don’t recommend this place don’t waste your money.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCame in for a pedicure and was cut. I told her it hurt me and she completely ignored my comment. She proceeded to cut my cuticles aggressively. I brought the blood up to her attention and she tried to clean multiple times, but it kept bleeding. Her practices were extremely unsanitary as she but the liquid bottle tip in my blood. This is very easy way for diseases to be transmitted. Very very unsanitary. She was going to proceed and paint over the blood. She was rude about the whole experience and I am very disappointed. Came here a few times before and never had such a bad experience. I understand accidents happen but they did not address the situation adequately enough. Will not be coming here again. The picture was taken two hours after I left, and is still bleeding. The reason I give it a one star for the day is because when I called this morning once it opened. I have asked if I can make a appointment, at 6pm starp. They said absolutely we can put you in and put me in the books. I come in, and they told me they cannot do it anymore because I came at 6 and it was too late to do. If they told me over the phone right away, It would of been nice and more understandable. Instead of driving here and getting nothing done, could of called another place to get them done.
