Dallas literally slayed my nails and turned my day around. I couldn’t thank you enough. She took me in after having a horrid experience at another salon, I couldn’t be more happier. She knew exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it. I’m really considering making this my new salon. Highly recommend this salon.

It was my first experience here and I likely won’t return. The staff was incredibly friendly, but my nails are already chipping and cracking after one day. Also, my middle finger needed an extension due to a broken nail and it was not filed correctly, giving it an unnatural shape. It was difficult to get a photo but almost all of my nails are cracking in the dip powder. Truthfully, it feels like a waste of $50 because I’ll have to get them redone due to the cracking.

I typically really like this place, my sister and I went in back in February and the two women doing our nails were SO nice. The vibe was so cool, one of the nail techs told us about all the different languages she speaks which was so interesting, and everyone was just super cool. I went in again yesterday after scheduling an appointment for 5:30, I sat there until 6:05 while who I assume was the owner, was being weirdly rude to the nail techs and watching over their shoulders, not being very nice to them at all. It just felt very different. I wasn’t going to wait around for another 30 minutes so I left. I have nothing against this place, they do a great job, but I am someone who advocates heavily for employees to have agency in their work, especially after over 6 months of working there. Hoping it was just an off-day for VIP Nails.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAsh took my appointment she was very polite and professional on the phone. My did my pedicure she was very gentile did an amazing job. It was my first time here and I absolutely hands down will be coming back. The place is super clean, the chairs are very comfy !!!!!!

I recently had my first mani & pedi here thanks to Groupon. I was really pleased with how easy it was to schedule an appointment; Mai was friendly on the phone and thorough. I had my appointment with Kathy, and she did the best mani & pedi I have ever had! She really made sure each nail looked perfect. I will definitely be back!

I purchased a groupon for a “deluxe” pedicure. There was nothing deluxe about my services. First off, the entire pedicure, from walking in the doors, to leaving, took a total of 35 minutes and that includes the 10 minutes I sat under the fan to dry my nails. That’s unacceptable. A pedicure should take at least 45 minutes. The male who did my pedicure was lazy and rushed the entire experience. I will not be returning to this place.
