Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in with high hopes. Immediately I was seated with my friend. I showed the man what I wanted ans he just looked at me. He handed me the colorchoices and I showed him what I wanted again. He refused to help me pick a color out. After I tried my best to find a color similar I showed him again what I wanted. I had a reference photo and everything. I wanted a matte periwinkle with a squoval shape. From the get go he was so rough. He cut me on 3 different fingers with his drill. He had his drillbits in an old mint box. Didn’t bother cleaning them or anything. At one point he grabbed my hand and bent it in a rough manor. I was so over it. I said I wanted matte 3-4 times and he put a glossy finish so I said to my friend “I really wanted matte like I said”. So he took acetone wiped the glossy finish off and said okay i’m done. It still wasn’t matte. Not to mention he was so rough when he was shaping my nails… to the point my friend texted me saying why is he being so rough. I would way rather pay $5-$10 more somewhere else and get way better treatment and what I wanted. It’s not even been a week since i got my nails done and their are weird spots all over my nails, they have faded, and the shape is horrible. When he was done there were weird lines on my nails as well. I definitely will not be back.The last picture is what I asked for.Services: Dip powder, ManicureI went in with high hopes. A very nice salon. But the atmosphere was very tense. Very impersonal. When I left, I felt as though I’d been through a cattle run. My manicurist was so fast that it left me feeling very anxious. I couldn’t relay what I wanted to the pedicurist. She didn’t seem to understand English. She didn’t speak any to me. They do a good job. If you’re in a hurry, great place.

I don’t know if the wax was to hot or she was just peeling the paper off to fast. I just moved to the state. I had my nails done once and was not happy, lost 3 nails. VIP nails was recommended to me by a bar tender at Shaggys. I asked where she had them done. When I arrived, I was seated immediately and asked to choose a color. I was started on within a few minutes and was done within 45 minutes. I had 3 new nails put on and the rest filled and gel polish put on. I am extremely happy to find a great place. My nails look fantastic and I went ahead and had my eyebrows waxed. This will definitely be my go to place!

I absolutely love VIP nails Anna and Andy are soo sweet they are the best. The environment is soo comfortable and pleasant. I go to Andy faithfully he take his time to make sure you are satisfied. I’m always satisfied I get so many compliments on my nails every time I get them done. This is the best nail shop hands down. Go to VIP you will not be disappointed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

During my pedicure, I noticed how the young man had taken several shortcuts. When I considered the service I was paying for and how he had not preformed such, I immediately told him of my displeasure. It was then that he went to the back and never returned. At this point I sought out the owner, expressing the same. Finally she came over to attempt to make a correction in the problem. When I departed the salon, I had areas on my toes that beared the old polish color, with the new different color placed on top.

Edit!! I went to Infinity Nails in Brandon & was beyond pleased!!! In fact, after telling them what happened at VIP, they saw visible damage to my nail beds.
