Full set start off at 45 with gel. He didn’t know his length because this to me is 56 dollar work not 79. He kept saying different prices when I was asking him. This is not even long. I should have turned around when I seen no one in the parking lot. I will not be back either.

I visited this place based on the affordable prices. But my hands were soaked in what appeared to be dishwashing liquid. My skin’s super sensitive. And now my hands are itchy. I guess I’m the dummy here. I should have looked to see if they were BBB accredited. And inquired into what products they use!!!!! I’m very disappointed. Unfortunately I won’t be coming back.

Bare minimum job, horrible service. Was barely acknowledged as being there, and then sat for a HALF AN HOUR for toenails to dry while the tech sat on her phone, never once checking in. It was regular polish, not gel and doesn’t take that long to dry in regular air, let alone under a dryer. My polish looks like a 13 year old did it, and bare minimum done to the toenails. This is the first time in my life the service was so bad I didn’t want to tip. I won’t be returning.

This place was awful! I would not send my dog here! The nail tech would not soak off my nails. He did cut off the acrylic and in the process, damaged and shortened my nails. When I complained he ignored me. I asked the manager about it and she said nails were like hair, they had to be cut off to grow. She would only give me a five dollar discount. Also if you dare to go here, take cash. There is a fee to run your card.

Lily is awesome! Another salon in the area simply wouldn’t do what I was requesting, and they made fun of my nails because I bite them. After my first visit to VIP, I will never have to put up with that other salon again! Lily did exactly what I wanted and didn’t make me feel bad about my nails at all. She’s so sweet and does a great job! I was also really pleased with the prices. I’ll be back for sure! 🙂

I love going to this place and the people are very nice but I just decided to try out their gel nails for the first time and I got them done and then the next day they started chipping and then a Yesterday I went to get them to fix it and they did without charge but now it’s the next day and 2 nails are already chipping again. Love the place but I DO NOT recommend the gel nails

Love it here. One of the techs made a mistake and they made sure they fixed the mistake for free and apologized. They are the only salon I know that does a great job on ombre at a reasonable price. I drive 40 minutes to go here.
