Critical: QualityWell for a nail spa, they only had 2 peopl. Also as my nails were being painted I bumped them on something and asked her to fix it and she didn’t. On top of that she made me bleed. All I got was a Gel Fill in and I paid 40 bucks for me to bleed. Not to mention but she also had to fix a nail, and I already had a custom shape and the nail is flat like paper compared to all of my other ones. On the bright side I’ve been here before and that whole day was off even after getting my nails done. Well for a nail spa, they only had 2 peopl. Also as my nails were being painted I bumped them on something and asked her to fix it and she didn’t. On top of that she made me bleed. All I got was a Gel Fill in and I paid 40 bucks for me to bleed. Not to mention but she also had to fix a nail, and I already had a custom shape and the nail is flat like paper compared to all of my other ones. Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe owner was super friendly and even stayed open pass closing time on a Monday so my sister,mom, and I could get our nails done. Although we got there at 6:50pm and didnt end up leaving until 10:30, they took there time and got the job done I just wish it would’ve been a less stressful experience. We showed them pictures of what we wanted and they told us it wasnt possible to do at all and we had to settle for basic color. They only had 2 workers and only 1 of them new how to do nails the one who tried to do them messed up and the other lady had to fix them multiple times.They charged us for nail shape,the manicure, and a line design, plus an addition $40 for what she couldnt explain to us what it was for.They mistook what we wanted and had to start over on what we wanted done and then charged us for it.
