Went in spontaneously for a quick mani/pedi with regular painted french tips. I know paint does not last as long as gel or acrylics, however they should last longer than a few days!!! I was expecting to get at least a week out of them since I’m not supposed to have them done for work/school. However, two days after having them painted, I woke up to one completely missing paint. And then slowly over the next 2 days each nails was chipped and fell off completely in one sheet of paint. CRAZY. and a waste of money. Will not be back.

The quality of their work was great and they were very friendly. When I was finished it was raining hard and I didn’t have an umbrella. I went to get a manicure and pedicure without an appointment. Although they were busy, they still accommodated me. The quality of their work was great and they were very friendly. When I was finished it was raining hard and I didn’t have an umbrella. One of the manicurists went and brought me an umbrella and took me to my car. I was so appreciative. March 29, 31, 2021 and April 1, 2022. Manicure March 29thand Raymond was the only one there. I get a basic manicure. He did not even manicure my cuticles, simply pushed them back, put polish on and done. He cleaned the salon while my hands were soaking in the lotion. My hands soaked longer than the manicure lasted. The entire time he talked about how he gets up at 4:30 a.m. to go to the gym and must be in bed by 9:00 and how customers keep coming in and he cannot leave at 6:00 p.m. I was there at 5:45. The attitude I interpreted was that customers seem to impede on his sleep time and he works 9-6. Hey, a lot of us work 8:00 to 5:00 or 5:30, Raymond, and I suppose we need to be really conscious that you have been at work an hour after us and we need to adhere to your schedule. He was in a hurry and literally rushed me out the door. I went back the following night to ask Ruby to redo my manicure, as clearly Raymond would not have done anything the night before, and she said she would fix it. She looked at his work and agreed it definitely needed cleaning up, as she called it. She was with a client so another gentleman did my pedicure, very nicely. The disappointment here is while getting my pedicure, which should be enjoyable and relaxing, two other clients came in. They were rushed to the pedicure area, water prepared for their soaking and they were tended too right in the middle of my pedicure. Well, the race was in to get done with me and get to them!!!! He rushed through my pedi, went to check on them, came back to me, put the top clear coat on quickly and said “you wait and Ruby polish you when she done with her customer”. Ruby was doing a full set and I waited THIRTY minutes to get polish!! So, then Ruby tells me they are about to close and come back the next night at 5:45 and she will fix Raymond”s manicure mess. Okay, three nights at the nail salon. I went back, at 5:45 and Raymond was there with attitude, removed my polish after Ruby talked to him in their language, and I sat soaking for 15 min. while Raymond went to do a manicure on a client whom Ruby was doing a pedicure on, at the same time. I got up and left. It is NOT fair to a client already in the salon having services performed to be thrown to the wayside because a new client(s) has entered the salon. They fill the salon with as many clients as possible and jump back and forth amongst them all. A manicure and pedicure should be consistent all the way through, with no interruptions. It should be a relaxing experience, not one of “well, was I forgotten?” Clearly they are set on milling people through as fast as they can and could care less about the clients’ time and the quality of service. I too have been at work all day and would love to get home rather than spending 2 1/2 hours at the nail salon watching them ping pong between customers to ensure they get you in a chair and held hostage so they can herd another back to be held hostage. Then listen,the entire time, about how they want to go home. If they want an 8-5 job they should get one. Not my problem. My problem is my time being robbed for their greediness. A lady on the review mentioned she made an appt. and still had to wait when she gets there. Don’t. They answer the phone, ask your name and what time then rock right back into what they were doing,not even writing down the appt. the appt thing is to get you in the door so you can WAIT until they can ping pong to you. Basically, the impression I get is that your time makes no difference to them, however, you must be aware they want to leave at or before closing time. Finally, the one time I don’t have cash for a tip, I’m given an attitude that I don’t have the Cashapp on my phone to tip and I can’t tip on my debit card because they don’t do that. So, I need to download cashapp I am told. Seriously? That was the night I got the 10 min. manicure. I needed to download cashapp to tip for the worst manicure I have ever gotten.

Positive: QualityI loved coming here. I never had to wait very long as a walk in. The staff is very friendly and I even developed a relationship with Raymond. He always did a good job on my nails. He remembered my name and details I told him about things in my life and the special care I need for one of my nails. It saddens me to say, however, that I will not be back. I am now treating a nail fungus from improper sterilization of the tools they use. If I could give them 5 stars for customer service, I would. But no one should ever have to treat a fungal infection they contract from a nail salon.I loved coming here. I never had to wait very long as a walk in. He remembered my name and details I told him about things in my life and the special care I need for one of my nails. It saddens me to say, however, that I will not be back. One of the worst manicures I’ve ever had. Very rushed. Stains from SNS powder left all over my fingers and in my cuticle. It wouldn’t wash off. When I asked the manicurist for assistance removing the color and cleaning up my cuticles, she dismissively told me it would wash off naturally as she was getting her purse and rushing me out the door. It hasn’t. Very high priced for poor quality and poor customer service.

Zero or negative stars if I could. I don’t recomend this place. I had horrible costumer service. I wish I took a picture of the monstrasities left on my hands. After they grew out a bit the portion between my cuticle and the dip powder nail had a gap that started pulling my hair out when I washed it. Not to mention it took the guy 1 hour and 30 minutes to do. He was also trying to rush me out the door.
