This is my favorite nail salon in Cape Coral. I’ve been to many, but this salon is always quiet and clean, the owners and their employees always treat me well and it’s so relaxing. Critical: Punctuality, QualityWe waited forever and then finally got seated which I didn’t mind too much to begin with . I got a simple nail design which looked okay but not even two weeks later the bed of my nails are lifting and one even broke off. I’ve gotten acrylics many times before but this is the first time they’ve broke or lifted in less than two weeks. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive this trip was. We waited forever and then finally got seated which I didn’t mind too much to begin with . I got a simple nail design which looked okay but not even two weeks later the bed of my nails are lifting and one even broke off. I’ve gotten acrylics many times before but this is the first time they’ve broke or lifted in less than two weeks. Not to mention how ridiculously expensive this trip was. I will not be returning.

Worst experience at a nail salon. Owner is so rude and unprofessional like many of the other reviews have said.so classless and Vivian does not care about any client walking in the door. Literally says mani or pedi and you have to choose now. A woman walked out because of how rude she was. The place was dead and made me wait 35 minutes. Not welcoming at all. Prices are high they do not even tell you the prices of anything until the end. If I’m paying for service in your salon act like you have some class. I have no idea how they are still open after more then half of the reviews are bad. You’d have to be a Karen to get along with that woman Vivian I wish I could give negative zero stars. I’ll never go back there.

I told her I’ve gotten pink and white done before and they’ve never done it like this. She started to say that she wasn’t finished and I needed to wait it out so I did and told her I’d just trust her. But she ended up disappointing me with duck looking nails instead of the ones I asked for. I’m now crying after paying $72 for these nails I’ll need to have removed tomorrow at a different salon.
