Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThey cut me every single time. I would bleed constantly because the owner is extremely careless with her tools. It’s quite painful to have a dremel slice through your finger. My final appointment was canceled without me knowing. I got there (on time) and they asked me if I could come back the next day. The receptionist told me she had known for 2 hours that my appointment couldn’t be carried out and she didn’t bother to call me. Clearly, they don’t value their customers’ time.As for quality… What they can and can’t do depends on how they’re feeling. They’re not always in the mood to give you what you want so they’ll try to convince you that it’s not possible (even though they’d done it before). So, expect the quality to fluctuate.The owner has not a single clue how to make and schedule appointments. She’s constantly running behind. If you’re looking to get your nails done before another appointment somewhere, don’t come here.They cut me every single time. They cut me every single time. I would bleed constantly because the owner is extremely careless with her tools. It’s quite painful to have a dremel slice through your finger. He could have told me that while I was waiting!! That was the second time that happened. My last mani/pedi, she rushed through it because new customers arrived.
