I visit here every 2 weeks. Today was my second bad experience. The first wasn’t that bad but wrong colors bc the lady didn’t listen both times. Today the lady filing my nails cut my finger with the electric file, then touched the other file tips after touching my blood she rubbed off my finger like it was nothing… no gloves being worn. I asked her 4 times to sanitize her hands. Not happy this time around and I will only go back Sundays when the one guy that does great is there. I don’t know his name but he is the only nail tech I trust. Couldn’t make it this past Sunday and my Thursday experience was not great. Nails look nice though.

I went with my young daughter once and they did an incredible job not just on her nails but also making her feel special. Months later she still talks about what a great experience it was. Extremely expensive, it has a price mural but they don’t charge you what it says. I’m not coming back. I paid 120 for deep power and put gel polish on my foot and take out my eyebrow I’ve never paid so much money for deep power and the worst thing was that I arrived with clean nails. .

Went here to get a fill in. Tony rushed SO MUCH on my nails. The dipping powder is uneven they look HORRIBLE. On top of that, the young lady in the beginning told me a fill in is $35. At the end of my service he quoted me $40 and asked if I’d like to leave a tip…. I’m done with this place… you screwed up my nails then boldly added your item tip? Wow.

I have been going to VIP for over 12 years. They are trusted and reliable. The atmosphere is relaxing, fun, clean, and welcoming. Always greeted at entrance and full staff to handle the volume of customers. You never wait long even without an appointment. In the whole 12+ years using VIP I’ve never made an appointment and I’ve always got fast service.
