I’ve been coming here for years, not super frequent, usually for special occasions and treating myself. In the past they’ve done good jobs but hadn’t acknowledge my request for keeping my nails thin. I don’t like my nails to seem bulbous or thick. Today I was determined to be more picky, I had a very specific image In mind. My nail tech was receptive to my requests and very detail oriented. Sometimes going back and forth a few times to make sure everything was symmetrical and confirmed with me at every step that I liked what he did. He was the first person to achieve the look I wanted with a thinner, more natural shape. He started with the colored tips and on the first one he again asked if the tip was good, but I wanted it thinner. So he started over and used a fine brush instead and was very careful. He wasn’t afraid to wipe the polish and start over if he wasn’t happy with it and I really appreciated that attention to detail. He was very quiet and only spoke when we discussed my nails which I also appreciated. I knew he was paying close attention. When I go back I’ll be requesting him again. I do wish the prices were a little more affordable. Getting my nails and toes done was around $120 before tips.

I got my nail done on Friday September 2 and I want a pedicure .when the guy did my toe he was so fast that I couldn’t even in joy it . And I got a Acrylic nails and they used to be 25$ now there are 35 which it is fine but it lasted only 2 days and the total was 107 dollars and the guy was just waiting for a tip . I have been here 4 times and these nail alway lasted maybe 2 or 3 months but 2 days that it is crazy and messed up my nails this is ridiculous! I will not be coming here no more .!

They are always in a rush! I’ve been twice, the first time I took my 2 girls with me and one of their nails had to be touched up because they didn’t do a good paint job to begin with and the other had to have a few of hers repainted because the nails were lumpy and they seemed mad when I pointedout these defects!! This time I went by myself, my pointer nail is sideways and filed at a slant and have air bubbles on multiple nails from the top coat, didn’t have time to sit and have them repainted so I’ll just repaint them myself, but I won’t be back!!

2nd time I’ve been in and just awful experiences each time , first time I was TOLD no that I couldn’t have my nails long because they didn’t think I could “handle it” like do what now . Second time I went in today to get my graduation nails I asked for a simple 22 on one finger and the 22 is not even it’s smooshed I absolutely hate them so much, he tried to put 21 on my nails and got upset when I corrected him then proceeded to make fun of what I wanted . Also got clipped with the sander because the man was to busy talking to the person beside him. Will never go back that’s for sure . I’m now going to a different place to get these redone . Absolutely so upset.

I visited this business on 01/07/2023, I came for a gel pedicure and gel acrylic chrome full set. Upon arrival, I noticed the nice display of the drink station including wine bottles etc. after I was asked to pick my color and assigned to my pedicure chair i patiently waited about 10 minutes for my naitechnician to come. In the mean time I was asked by the receptionist (I assume) if i wanted something to drink. I asked what kind of drink they had and if they had a drink menu. The male receptionist then offered me water and sodas. I asked if they had wine and he replied “no I’m sorry”. Confused at this point but I said alright no problem I’ll take a dr. Pepper. I got my pedicure done, and then was assigned to a nail station in which I waited Atleast 40 minutes before a nail technician came to do my nails. I had to say something about the wait and finally the technician came. At this point I never received the dr.pepper i was offered. By the time the service was done the shape of my nails were awful and inconsistent. I didn’t ask for anything difficult I asked for a solid blue chrome color.

She was rushing the whole time and literally filed the polish off the side of my nail after they cured. 2 days later, the same nail now has started peeling up and other nails look blotched. $27 for a janky polish job. She never even told me my total. I had to ask! Don’t let Hayley do your nails. All uneven and different lengths. Very chunky looking too. Acrylic is caked under my nails. Gel manicures, Acrylic nails

I’ve been going here off and on for a few years. Sometimes I’m very unhappy with my nails or the service or both. Sometimes it’s been good. This last time I went later in the day on a weekday and only got a pedicure. The lady rubbed by feet for a long time, which I’ve never gotten before, and she was very sweet. For the minimum service fee, VIP seems to be the place to go. I’ve tried almost everywhere else.
