Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueNever again will I waste my time or money on this place. Went in for a refill on my nails and a simple design waited about an 1hour and 30 mins. Finally was seen after waiting so long to get the owners wife I asked her for the design u see below and she states she can not do the design I’m already upset because I waited so long for u not to be a able to do A simple design but I didn’t say nothing and asked her to just do the refill with no color u would think I would atleast get clear coat for the price I paid. Before she started she told me a price and I agreeded to that price. When I go and pay they are charging me more but I still paid just to still get embarrassed by the employees. They started to take a pictures of my license plate even after my bill was paid they still followed me outside and threatened to call the police. Never again will I waste my time or money on this place. Went in for a refill on my nails and a simple design waited about an 1hour and 30 mins. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went there two weeks ago to get my nails done. I showed them the picture, they did my nails. As a customer, I asked them to fix them, because they didn’t look as I expected for them to look and also there was a big bump on all of my nails. The guy fixed it, but still they missed something I told them. I asked them calmly to fix it, But The person got mad, and told me to get out, and literally embarrassed me in front of others. As a customer, I asked them to fix them, because they didn’t look as I expected for them to look and also there was a big bump on all of my nails.
