Just got a pedicure done and the lady rushed through it she clipped my toe. I felt it instantly and she knew what she did and didn’t apologize until I said I felt that. Her response “ohh sorry about that” and giggled. I’ve never been so angry charged full price of $43 dollars to walk out bleeding. The girl at the counter said “oh did you want antibacterial on it.” I literally sat there for an extra 5 mins waiting for the lady to get it stop bleeding. So if you want to leave a Salon in pain and bleeding go here.

Kelly did not use acetone to soften the acrylic glue before removing them. Instead she used cuticle cutters to pull them off the nail bed resulting in pain. While trimming my cuticles, she then yanked them hard enough to cause a moderate bleed. The nail color was applied hastily and was not cleaned up between layers resulting in a decent amount of color around my nails on the skin. Despite all of this I was not offered any sort of discount. Never before have I left a salon with nails that looked worse than when I came in. I came in to remove my old acrylics and a gel manicure. Kelly did not use acetone to soften the acrylic glue before removing them. Instead she used cuticle cutters to pull them off the nail bed resulting in pain. Literally told them it looked my nails were uneven. They responded that they didn’t see that/my fingers or nailbeds were uneven (I’ve gotten my nails done and looked even at other establishments so Ik that’s not the case). I had an event an didn’t feel comfortable going with how my nails looked below and asked if they could just remove them; which they stated since they were just done the couldn’t. Just overall very disappointed

If you want your nails done quick, this is your spot. 3.5 stars from me.Not the best work but decent. My nails look crooked and it’s not because of the way my nail grows, lol. Lines aren’t super straight, but that’s why she was done so quickly. $55 but I’m not ecstatic about them. Probably won’t go a second time.

I love my nails and place is nice and reasonable but unfortunately the girl must not have been paying close attention my pinky nail is filed like a banana instead of almond. It is totally crooked but do love the rest and color. I am hoping they will correct it I don’t have a car and disabled so It has been a week. Going Today . Hopefully 5 when I am finished.
