Only place I’ll get my nails done at. Doesn’t matter which nail tech takes me. The owner is by far amazing, he’s the man sitting in the first chair. Nails have never looked so good. Sometimes the new younger girls take a very long time doing the nail but I’m always happy here.

Honestly this was probably the best pedicure I have ever had. I had some time to waste in the area so I just picked a random place to get a pedicure. They were able to get me in right away and the staff were all very friendly.

I made an appointment for dip powder nail, as I was being serviced my nail technician kept getting up to service other people it took 3 hours to get my nails done because she kept leaving me unattended. As she was putting the dip powder I notice that she was rushing and not putting enough layers I asked if she could add another layer and she refused.. 3 days later my nail chipped and I went back for it to be fixed and the manager yelled at me and asked ME “why am I giving him a hard time in front of his customers” I am truly disappointed because I was still being very respectful I just wanted my nail to be fixed

Critical: QualityMy family and I have been going to this salon for 6+ years, even before they relocated. Within the last year or so, we’ve collectively had several bad experiences and we will not return for future appointments. Prior to the holidays, I had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure portion of my service was excellent, but my manicure severely damaged my nails. The gel polish was an inconsistent color and not enough coats were done. The gel polish also began chipping within 1 week, which has never happened to me. My nails are now so thin that they break constantly and need to be cut down. This is the shortest my nails have been in years and I will not be able to get another manicure for 2-3 months as I let them regrow and heal. I also left the appointment with several cuts on my hands that were quite deep. I opted to cut my losses, paid for the service, and went home rather than ask for the manicure to be redone, which would have caused me further pain and discomfort. Within the last year or so, we’ve collectively had several bad experiences and we will not return for future appointments. Prior to the holidays, I had an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. I have come here for 5 years and the service and quality used to be soooo much better. I was charge for “Xtra length” on .y nails when I didn’t add any length to it and came in with a natural length, less than a quarter inch over my finger because I work in food service. My pedicure was messy and I received nothing but attitude when I asked to fix it. My eyebrow wax was notch and I know have to go home and try to fix my eyebrows before an event this weekend. I have always been a polite and well tipping customer. But you’ve lost me today.

I had the weirdest experience here. My nail tech was so “out of it” this morning- she was acting so strange. She was behaving very hostile & refused to focus on my pedicure; she was watching the tv & looking around the room the entire time… focusing everywhere except on the job she was doing. My toes look absolutely horrible. She didn’t file them, they are misshapen, the paint job was poorly done, there was wax all over my feet, and nail polish all over the place; they are just a mess. It was really strange- I’ve never experienced anything like this before. It was busy- there were a lot of people in the salon- and I thought maybe she could have been drunk or that something else was wrong- I had an appointment I needed to rush to and I was late- so instead of embarrassing her and the establishment and making myself even more late, I calmly paid for the service, went to my appointment and soon after called the store owner and shared my experience with him. I have met him before and thought him to be a hardworking and decent business person. All I asked of him was that they fix it, make it right, and redo my nails so that they look decent- not looking for them to give me a full pedicure over. Instead, the owner offered me 30% off my next visit. So bizarre! I’m not one to say “the customer is always right” by any means- but if you fail to fulfill a service it’s your job to fix it. I won’t let this experience stop me from being a polite person, but I will certainly never visit again. Very disappointing.

Staff was friendly, patient, and helpful. Everytime I come, it’s a relaxing experience. Everyone seems very qualified and the results from each visit are extremely satisfying. By far my favorite spot for nails and pedicures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I scheduled an appointment two days in advance for a simple pedicure. I arrive 3 minutes before my time and was told to pick a color. After I get my color, I am approached by a woman who asks what I am here for. To which I state that I am here for my 11:15 pedicure appointment. She then tells me that they do not have any record of an appointment for me and I would need to wait an extra 45 minutes. The purpose of making an appointment is to avoid waiting an unnecessary amount of time. So I left. And I will not be returning.
