I have been to VIP about 4 times and each time has been a great experience. Jenny and Lee both did a beautiful job on my nails each time and having David there to do extended massages is awesome! My nails have not once chipped or cracked or broken. Work is high quality. Definitely found my go-to nail salon!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI am never going back to VIP nails in North Providence. I have been time and time again trying to give them second chances and every time it just keeps getting worse. This last time I got a pedicure and a manicure I had an appointment and had to wait over 25 minutes in the pedicure chair. Then I decided to do a gel manicure the pictures below features a gel manicure done five days ago. Gel manicures are supposed to last two weeks sometimes more I am so disappointed with this place they treat you like a meat market quick in and quick Out. They just want as many customers as they can fit in it’s really all about the dollar bill here and not the customers satisfaction or experience. I am never going back to VIP nails in North Providence. I have been time and time again trying to give them second chances and every time it just keeps getting worse. This last time I got a pedicure and a manicure I had an appointment and had to wait over 25 minutes in the pedicure chair. I called to ask for prices and was told $25 for a French manicure. When I checked out it was $45 because the used gel despite me asking for regular. I didn’t see what he used but they were told what I wanted. They wouldn’t honor the original price. I won’t be returning. It’s too bad because it was great service other than that. Manicure

First and last time here! Totally did not make me feel welcome 🙁 I walked in the door, no one said hello, just “What you need?” When I told them, they then pointed me to several empty chairs, not where to sit, not where to pick out my color.. They were busy…I did not mind waiting, but no apology and never spoke to me for the almost 15 minutes I sat waiting to get my nails done. As previously mentioned by another customer, terrible manicure – pushed my cuticles back, never cut them or my hangnails. The only positive thing was that my nail tech(once she arrived) was very nice.

I got a gel fill and basic nail polish. It was $50 for a fail, and they charge me five dollars to repair one broken nail. The broken nail they repaired looks like a clubbed nail and his pointed down in the lobby. Totally looks horrible Gel manicures

Ommmggggg, this place is bomb, I usually go to two other places to get my nails done however, I will be going to VIP NAILS going forward. Lee did my nails, she is an amazing professional. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment and I was seen as soon as I walked in. I also called and said I was running late. Any who, Lee was so sweet and polite. She seemed to be rushing my nails however, they came out fantastic, I had the purple tiger eye nail polish and this lady hooked me up, this is the nicest and fastest work I ever had. She did not waste any time and I will be going to her going forward, thank you soooo much

Critical: ValueBurn me with hot water cause me to jump and hit my heel on the pedicure machine and it started to bleed. Then went to go get a refill on my nails and it looks like I didn’t even get a refill.

I have been going here for awhile now never once have I had a problem I don’t understand these bad reviews everyone is very nice and good at what they do alittle expensive but worth it I may only go once every 4 weeks sometimes more but when I do go I always leave happy Foot massages, Gel manicures, Back massages
