Critical: QualitySo I previously posted about loving it and I have come here so many times but my last 2 were bad so sad to say I will be having to find a new nail place. I went in today to remove nails and just have gel polish on my natural nail and needless to say I should’ve let my 9 year old do it. It was only polish and my hand looks a mess, after they were painted tony started filing them again and repainted and they were left sticky and clumpy looking. So I previously posted about loving it and I have come here so many times but my last 2 were bad so sad to say I will be having to find a new nail place. I went in today to remove nails and just have gel polish on my natural nail and needless to say I should’ve let my 9 year old do it. The people are very nice. Unfortunately, they aren’t doing things as well as they used to. I had a pedicure, recently and the procedure was nice and relaxing, but my nails were not really cut, so I had to clip my French Manicure top off 3 days later. It’s disappointing and expensive to have this be necessary. I will say it may have been the particular person or a bad day. I have had better experiences in the past.

My friend and I went in for gel manicures, her “manicure” was done by a man who maybe said 3 words the whole time and was finished in 10 minutes. Her nails were barely shaped. The worst part is they don’t soak your nails in water to cut off cuticles, they just cut them causing them to bleed and look awful. I’ve never been to a salon that does not soak your nails. I was left with %90 of the cuticles I went in with and it was overall very rushed and not worth the money. A couple hours after we left my light pink nail polish turned dark and I have no idea why that would happen. We will not be back

Critical: Quality5/14 My sister and I made an appointment to get a dip manicure together. They started with my sister while I sat next to her for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to start mine. All I can say is that this was the worst manicure we have ever gotten. We originally came here because the places we normally go to were booked up so we decided to give this place a try. Not only is our nails overfiled on the sides giving it a wonky shape but the dip in itself and the products used appears to be cheap/poor quality. My sister’s French is uneven and they even used gel on top of the dip when they were having issues with the dip drying (which has never happened before). Her nails are bumpy and uneven. My dip broke the very next day as they over filed my nails and applied the thinnest layer of dip I had ever gotten. Expensive and completely unworth it.
