so i’ve been going to this place for about two months and usually they do a good job, the ladies there are great! the guy however is terrible. he was going to do a polish change on my nails and started ripping them off using a nail tip. when I tell you it hurt so bad and that my grown nails underneath were literally ripped off, causing several nails to bleed. i started crying and had to stop my service, take a break and request someone new to now do a whole new set on me. i feel awful giving poor star review but i really was displeased 🙁
