Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueNEVER EVER COME HERE! AWFUL.They ruined my nails!Awful service and customer service.I will never go back!!I came in with acrylics for a fill and gel design. She filed off the acrylic powder and was going to paint gel over but still had the length from the fake nails that bent at soon as you pushed it. Flabbergasted. Took 3 hours of wasted time. The manicurist name is Jessica and she start to work In my nails and she talk all the time whit another manicurist in her language all the time and she try to charge to me extra money for the color what I choice she only clean the dead skin around my fingers and she charged $20 only for that I think that person is not good employee for vip salon and the owner need to have be carful about who work there that is not good for the place reputation. I think the place is great but that employee is not honest. I call and talk with the owner but I think him not understanding about what I talking about this happened in December 31 2022

They didn’t do a very good job with the manicure and the dip. They did not give me a manicure because they did not work on my cuticles or anything. The whole things felt super rushed. I understand when they are busy but if they don’t have time to do things the right way, maybe they should not over book.

Do not come here. This may have been the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had. I was cut twice and made bleed during my manicure and they used the brush to wipe the blood off. I ended up having him take my color off and do clear because there was clumps and fuzz in the gel. Absolutely horrible

I have gone here a few times because it is nearby and don’t recommend it. Every time my nails don’t even last 48 hours… the gel always peels and the dip chips (this does not happen to me elsewhere). I don’t recommend this place not worth the money or the time just to have to get them redone. I also did not enjoy the techs trying to up sell me on brows, other services the entire time and not listening to my request not to make the gel so thick and chunky. I prefer the VIP nails in ladera even if it’s farther to drive.

I got my wife a gift certificate from VIP nails as a Christmas gift. My wife got a manacure and a pedicure and said she loved this place. She told me that the girl who did her nails was funny and made her laugh the entire time.plus she was very happy with color and sparkle the put on her nails. She wants to go back real soon.
