Too start this off I was in a party of 3, which both had beautiful outcomes. They both got the women and I got the male. But not too be that person but the skin around my nails got shredded, my nails are chunky, they honestly look like someone put chewed gum on my nails. Not only that, but the adult male who did my nails kept throwing my hands away from him and looking away while filing, which led to cutting me. He just didn’t seem happy about taking me as a client, which is fine I just wish he would have had some else do then then ruin them. They also look very far from the picture. But this is nothing against the two other women they were amazing. The gentleman just wasn’t having a good day. Idk

It’s a very clean place with friendly workers, but the finish of my nails is horrible, they are not smooth, you can see waves, also the transparent enamel was gone on the second day.I recommend the pedicure.

The owner was very nice and all but I have to say I was disappointed in the service, when I made the appointment over the phone I mentioned wanted to get a manicure and a pedicure, but I guess didn’t hear me say pedicure and just focused on that I wanted a manicure. When I got there they had me sit because it was a little bit of a wait which I didn’t mind, but didn’t confirm the service I was wanting and I assumed they knew I wanted both since that’s what I stated over the phone, had someone walk in a little bit after me and sat them immediately for a pedicure while I was waiting so I just gave up on the Pedi. Got seated for the manicure and stated I wanted acrylics. He asked why I didn’t just get a dip powder and that it would be healthier for my nails so I said why not because I don’t get my nails done enough to know the difference. He hit my skin with the dremel multiple times on most of my fingers and they still hurt 10 hours later. There’s a decent gap between the nail and my cuticle on some of my fingers and not smooth looking. Overall too they just look super chunky and uneven. Really don’t want to even ask to have them redone because my fingers are all extremely sore already.

They scheduled us for 5:30pm knowing they closed at 6. We got there at 5:15pm and all the workers left. The man who owns the store couldn’t keep any of his workers there even after agreeing to schedule us at that time. We kept double asking him if it was ok to come in at 5:30 to which he agreed. Horrible experience. Awful customer service. He was even leaving as we showed up and the soonest he said he could get us in was monday.
