I have been going here for a little under a year now, and I have never been disappointed! I go to Jessica, and she nails it every single time. She has also helped me grow my natural nails, which I have never been able to do before! The designs are so perfect, and I get tons of compliments on them. They are reasonably priced, professional, clean, and so friendly!

Not only is she a great friend, but her nail art is absolutely beautiful. I have never had such a great experience getting my nails done. She’s so creative and always gives me such unique designs. I will never forget my very first time coming to VIP nails in Florence Mall as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, everyone was very polite and it soon became my favorite place to get my nails done!! I will never go anywhere else!! Amy & jess are my favorite! They treat you like family!! Amy is so gentle & always ready & willing to do something cool with my nails!! I love VIP nails!! I’ve been going to VIP nails for 7 years and have never had a bad experience. Jessica does my nails and does an AMAZING job and always does beautiful nail art! The place is clean and professional and have so many nail color options as well. I’m so glad I started getting dip powder done because it always me to have my natural nails and still have long and beautiful nails.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityWill never visit again. Got my nails done on Wed and it’s now Friday, one nail has broken already just from doing dishes? All of my nails are different shapes and sizes. I got a very short cut and was charged $65.00 for 1 color. Waited almost 2 hours at 1215. Was the 3rd customer there. Do not recommend.Services: Manicure, Gel manicures
