I’ve gotten my nails done a few times, this time is the last time after I watched how they treated a few people. The gel pops off really soon and doesn’t seem to last as long as other places. They prioritize the people with more $$$ nail jobs and will tell you they are too busy if they feel like it’s not expensive enough for their time. Better off elsewhere imo.

My first experience here was okay however, the lighting inside is terrible. It’s dark and gloomy. The gel manicure/pedicure didn’t even last a week! The second time around, the gel manicure didn’t even last a week and I paid $105 for a gel mani/pedi! When I left the salon, it looked like bumpy and uneven. My 6 year old son could have done a better job. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back there again.

Did my refill last Thursday and one nail fail off 2 days after. I tried to go and get fix and was told no appt for 1 nail that I had to wait 30-45min. I couldn’t wait that’s why I make appointments. As I was walking out another nail fail off. Went back in to show her the poor job done by KEN the man working there and the woman was rude and said is not her fault she didn’t do my nails that I have to sit and wait, that I have to make time to wait if I want it fixed and pay for 2 nails. They sure lost by business. NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Horrible customer service. Spent $105 for me and my daughter only to have the dip polish pop off entirely after 5 days. They continued to chip/break throughout the week, one nail after another. I showed up 10 days later to redo them and was told that my nails grew out too long and that’s why they chipped. What??? No willingness to acknowledge and additionally has the worst, attitude. On top of that, he told me it would be a 15 Minute wait. It was 35 minutes and I was still to be acknowledged. Would not recommend whatsoever. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

He did a horrible job on my nails and when he was doing my pedicure he sounded like he was complaining and didn’t want to do my pedicure. I was really happy with the service until I paid. When I arrived the girl at the front asked me what do I want to have done and I said gel manicure and reg pedicure, then the lady started to work on my nails and asked me if I want to do pink color with a white half mon (french style) I told her yes and she did the same for my hands, looks like this is an additional service and she didn’t inform that. I was expecting to pay $65 and I ended paying $100 she did gel pedi and mani and the French style for both and that was an additional $45 that I wasn’t expecting to pay. I feel like I was robbed, you need to inform clients about additional prices and not just do whatever you want and then charge crazy money when the job is done. I was really happy with the service and the salon and I was planning to come back in 2 week but now NOPE! Never again. And I hope people can read this review and be aware of you stealing money.

My nail ended up chipping the next day, it was gel, I plan on going back but overall very good job, I just wish they were friendlier lol maybe it’s the language barrier. Nonetheless, it’s clean inside and they have free wifi- the area has HORRIBLE reception so that’s a plus!

I walked in at 713pm and was told they are closing. I thought they were closing at 7:30…. Nope their hours posted show 8pm…. There was one lady doing nails And the one lady was sitting there on her phone. Great customer service(just kidding)
