I went to this place for a pedicure twice. The first one was mediocre. The second one was horrible. He did not scrub my feet well. The real atrocity was he did not use base coat on the nails, and only painted one sloppy coat of color. The polish was chipping off in two days. I can’t imagine that guy even has the proper certifications judging on the work he did. Do not recommend using this nail salon.

Both of the men who work here do not deliver the greatest quality, especially the older gentleman who rushes right through your appointment, doesn’t even ask what you want done, and touches his face/eyes/nose a million times throughout the appointment which is extremely disgusting. So anyway, the women do a good job with fake nails so I called ahead and made an appointment for myself and my friend and specifically asked that the women do them. My friend arrives before me telling them we have an appointment and they sent her right over to the older man and tried to get me to have the other man do my nails. I said I called and specifically asked for our appointment to be with the women and one of the woman workers said he probably didn’t understand what I meant but the man literally repeated back to me no men at all and I said no. Mind you the entire place was empty with no other customers so I ended up getting my nails done by one of the women on the complete opposite side of the salon but not before I had to sit and wait 10 mins for the nail tech to finish doing one of the other nail techs nails. I feel this was done intentionally and I will not be going back here and neither will my friend!

It’s a decent little place she spent a lot of time on my shaping and they were very pretty. I liked them alot but they were very brittle so they broke After 2 weeks I would recommend it but, Don’t let them file your nails down a lot.

I literally just asked to have my nails painted and without even asking, the woman started cutting my nails, which were the length that I wanted them. She cut them extremely short and to an ugly square shape, which I did not want. Now I’m stuck with the feeling you get when your nails are cut too short until they can grow back. I asked the woman to fix my nails because they were extremely uneven and I did not want them square and she got aggressive with me when she asked why I didn’t stop her. This was my first time in a nail salon and I will definitely not be going back. I have really bad sensory issues and I’ve been upset ever since. I hate this place. When she was finished I had to wait for my friends to finish their pedicures and I just went to the bathroom and cried.

Awesome job by Ted! He did a ombré pink and white acrylic full set for long nails, he did a awesome job. Some of the nails sorta are the same size and some aren’t but I don’t really have a problem with that as long as it isn’t to noticeable. Also I received a lotion hand massage after which I have never gotten before with any other nail salon, it was very nice! (:

This place is not as good as everyone is raving about. I went in and asked for Nancy and the man laughed at me. When he sat me down and starting doing my nails I had to ask ‘ is Nancy not available today?’ He just laughed at me again and started talking to the other lady that worked there about Nancy. Worse then this was he then cut me and when I started bleeding all over the place he tried to clean it with cotton wool! Oh and on top of all this he didn’t even do a good job painting my nails. I feel like crying. Never going back!! Oh I almost forgot they give you a nice massage at the end.. atleast that’s what I thought, he was so rough I thought he was going to dislocate my thumb and he gave me no privacy when I was putting my car pin into the machine. Ok I thinks that’s everything

Friendly staff but damn the quality can be better If I gotta pay $50 for a pedicure I need my $50 worth, not a rush job. I’m not paying $50 for polish on feet that isn’t thoroughly serviced. I’m paying that price for foot care (PROPER foot care) under the nails, between the toes, callus buffed ♀️ Nail polish isn’t important yet that’s all these techs seem to worry about.
