First time trying this place out.. called to see if they accept walk ins. The lady said yes asked what I was getting done Itold her it was for 3 ladies as well as what were getting. She tell me 230. We get there 10 minutes early and it’s still packed mind you its mothers day so I understand they were busy. What I don’t understand is why they kept telling people come back in 30 minute increments. Working on me and leaving to go work on 2 other people! When you ask your technician and show her what design and how I wanted my full set done and she says yes she can do that and the end result is NOTHING like the picture.. no! My daughter wasn’t thrilled about her new set. My nails didn’t get the attention they deserved and it shows! 4 days with a fresh set of gel polish and they look like I had them for weeks! I won’t be returning!

I’m so torn. I went here for over a year but the service has declined over the past several months. I shouldn’t have pain and bleeding after a manicure. (Become very rough with the Dremel) (The last 3-4 manicures were significantly painful on my cuticles) I got the dip manicure and it did last for weeks at a time, and looked nice.. But the pain isn’t worth it. Techs are not too engaging in conversation.

Liked the lady that made my nails. She seemed friendly. She did exactly what I wanted. Though I witnessed some unhappy customers coming back to complain about the nails they made a day before by another nail tech. So I’ll advise people to be particular about who you would want to make your nails.

I would not recommend this nail place to anyone. They are just 3 grandpas doing nails and it poor job they were doing. My tech shredded 3 of my cuticles and ripped my thumb drilling and filing. He destroyed my fingers gel nail polish on skin. Acrylic paste all over my fingers, he drilled off his mess under nails and drilled into my skin. My daughter who is eight years old got her nail polish and her tech cut her thumb. I should demand a refund. These are the worse acrylics I have ever gotten. Do not go there if you want to save your fingers. It’s very painful getting acrylics! Worse shaped acrylics. I had to refile them. $50 is a rip off here. Beyond livid

We got three basic pedicures. My nail tech did not speak to me once. The other two techs were very friendly. None of us got an actual massage, they just put lotion on and that was that. They also did not offer flip flips even though we all came with tennis shoes, we had to ask. Then they threw a fit because i was paying with a credit card & was told next time I needed to bring cash. I would not recommend or go back.
