My daughter and I have short natural nails. I hoping for dip manicures but ended up with gel. Apparently you need a little bit longer nails for dip. (Which is okay, maybe next time.) The staff was nice. They did a great job. I just wanted our nails nice for Christmas with our family.

I know if you look at the pictures you see a lot of my nails, i had the same experience as some of you guys with the pulling off the nails and the man being rude but i love this place and they have amazing costumer service. They only pull off your nails because thats a way to get them off simple and easy. I honestly went to a different nail place for a while and then i realized how much i missed this place because they don’t only do your nails they become your friends too. I also get my lip and eyebrows waxed here and i always thought it would hurt but they are very gentle even the man is you just have to communicate with them.

Went in for a fill. I asked how long the wait is, some guy yells at me to sit down, he will do it right now. I ask about the wait again and he said right now, sit. He was in the middle of doing someone else’s nails. It was going to be a bit until he got to me but he kept yelling at me to sit. I pointed out that he’s in the middle of a manicure and he just started talking down to me. “Which is it? A fill or a manicure? Those are two different things.” Yes, I asked for a fill. “SIT”

I was in a jam and didnt get to go to my.normal spot, the staff got me in and out in a timely matter as I requested however the man who I think may be the owner cut me multiple times and one time it was worh his own finger nail (eeek) and I feel like he wasnt so friendly but the lady’s were so nice. Not my first choice but it’s not bad either if needed I would go back but only if I cant get into my normal place. The nails turned out nice after 3 days my fingers stopped stinging ha!
