I got my mani and pedi with Mai, and I was so happy with my nails! I will definitely come back to get my nails done with Mai, she was so attentive and sweet. She did an AMAZING job, she did not rush doing my nails, made me comfortable while getting my nails done and went above and beyond with my nails! Super happy!! Wow!!! HORRIBLE customer services. Never going back again. Waste of money. I told them that my nails were uneven and noone cared. The woman saw them and told me they could not fix them and completely ignored me. The gel on my left hand is badly done and the mistakes are so noticable. I could have done a better job with regular nailpolish!

This is now my go-to nail shop! Today was my first time here and while the shop was busy, I was attended to right away. Dandy gave me a Perfect full set and was very nice, personable, quick but not rushed. Nails are Flawless! Tina was Amazing! She took care of my horrendously disfigured dead toenail and made it beautiful again. What’s even more impressive is, in the last couple of decades of getting my excessive ingrown toenails removed during pedicures, Tina is the very first person to remove them without any pain, Ever! Amazing! To top it all off, they did not charge me an arm and a leg either, I called every nail shop in Eastlake prior to coming here and VIP nails is definitely the most reasonably priced. I am definitely going to be a frequent customer, highly recommend Dandy and Tina!

Great friendly service, I really liked my pedicure and their prices are hard to beat so I’m hoping to see how well the manicures and waxing is! I was a walk in and only waited about 5 min before I was seated- they take cash and cards and charge $1 for credit. I was also given a punch card which I’m excited to start!

Was so pleased with my experience here. They fit me in with no appointment and they were very busy and courteous. The prices are great! The lady who did my nails was quick and friendly. I’m extremely picky about how fake nails look and I love that she didn’t make them look too thick and tacky. I also love that they had the clear plastic barriers between myself and the nail artist. She was annoyed that I wanted my nails super short and didn’t bother to make sure the length on both hands were the same. One hand is shorter than the other, she filed my nails all crooked, and her technique for brushing on the powder needs some work. I mentioned it again when she was done and she flat out ignored me and asked for payment. Never going here again!! Went to this shop by recommendation from a friend. The nail tech(don’t know her name) rushed through the manicure and was so sloppy. She was annoyed that I wanted my nails super short and didn’t bother to make sure the length on both hands were the same.
