Stay away! I had a fill done on my nails. The nail tech could not shape my nails he had them all different lengths and shapes. The owner or someone that was higher than him tried but they still look a mess! The paint job is a mess too he didn’t cover parts of my nails and they look lumpy in spots! Save your self a nightmare and go somewhere else!

Although the people are very pleasant the man that done my nails didn’t pay attention was to busy on phone messaging he didn’t dry my nails therefore I had to go back as they was rough from catching on stuff , when I went back to fix the one that was broken he put a acrilc nail instead of dipped now I have a odd ball nail and have to go pay to get them redone they look very roughly done…

I used to come here all the time to have my nails done and never had any issues. They’ve always welcomed me and have given me what I came in asking for. A few days ago I came as a walk in and when asked if I had an appointment I told the man no. Once I said that it all just went downhill. He gave me a dirty look and said oh and didn’t say another word to me. He then spoke with another nail tech, I assume telling her I walked in, as I couldn’t understand him since he was speaking in his native language, and she walked away. A few minutes later he points to me and then points at a chair so I went and sat. The lady he spoke with before came out a couple minutes later asked me what color and then got to working on my nails. She rushed through my whole set. When filing with the e-file she burned my nails to the point they were super sore. They were filed to different lengths and uneven. I tried to say something but she either didn’t hear me or just ignored me. After she finished my nails she went to rub lotion on my arms and hands and she sprayed rubbing alcohol in the lotion which made my skin very dry. Then when I went to check out she rang me up for $85 for just a full acrylic set! I said something and she kept telling me to insert my card. I said no, there’s no way a full set of acrylic was $85 when the last time I came in it was only $40. She then goes “oh this was the last customers amount.”, corrected it and made it $50, which was still more than the last time I came in. Then she kept asking “do you have a tip?” I told her I had no cash with me. She then goes, “oh I can add the amount to your card.”, when they clearly have a sign that says cash tip only. After the experience I had no intention of giving a tip. I told her to just add $5. She gave me a nasty look and said “oh ok.” Upon checking my bank statement she added $10 for a tip instead of the $5 I said! After being a recurring customer for so long I have never been treated this way at this salon and I will NOT be returning again….
