VIP Nails and Day Spa

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI always go here with my aunt. We Always have great service. My feet look and feel great. We are normally walk ins and we are serviced right away. Today I want to applaud the nail tech who double teamed me and my aunt. The salon was short staffed and another woman was in front of us. We also had my cousin. I always go here with my aunt. We Always have great service. My feet look and feel great. We are normally walk ins and we are serviced right away. Today I want to applaud the nail tech who double teamed me and my aunt. The salon was short staffed and another woman was in front of us. We also had my cousin. So four ladies walk into a nail salon while there are only three staff this woman went above and beyond and did us at the same time. I couldn’t believe my eyes.

Critical: QualityTwo weeks ago I had the worst mani, pedi and experience. I walked in for an appointment, or the above. They said stay right here, someone will be right in. They called someone, she was not happy about being called in and kept complaining while working on my toes , not in English. She left as soon as I was going to put on hands under dryer. My polish bubbled off my left hand the next morning in sheets My toes looked like they did not have a top coat and were dull and gummy looking. I had to take off the polish. $60+ for service and a nice tip. I should have gone back in to complain. I decided I could not let this go, had to write a review. Two weeks ago I had the worst mani, pedi and experience. I walked in for an appointment, or the above. They said stay right here, someone will be right in. They called someone, she was not happy about being called in and kept complaining while working on my toes , not in English. She left as soon as I was going to put on hands under dryer. My polish bubbled off my left hand the next morning in sheets My toes looked like they did not have a top coat and were dull and gummy looking. I had to take off the polish. $60+ for service and a nice tip. I should have gone back in to complain. I decided I could not let this go, had to write a review. Critical: QualityI wish I could give this more than one star since the girls who have worked there for a long time are so nice. The new woman who started working there recently unfortunately is HORRIBLE. It’s been OVER A MONTH since my appointment and I still am dealing with the damages. I went in for a basic pedicure and color change and was given a green pus filled infection on not one, but both sides of my big toe. I have never in my entire life had problems with my toe nails or ingrown nails until this lady cut my toes. Why on earth would you cut deep down the sides of my toe nail when it’s not necessary!?!? It may be a bit of a shocker for you, but when the toe nail starts to grow back, it then digs into the skin that it was once nicely against and creates a horrible ingrown toenail. I mean really, shouldn’t a nail tech know this? Or was this a tactic to get me to come back in so she can “fix” it? I am literally still dealing with this!!! I am not one to write bad reviews, which is why it took me this long to finally say screw it. I am still dealing with a nasty, red, swollen, pus-filled infection on my toe. That is the last time I will be coming to this place, definitely not worth it. I wish I could give this more than one star since the girls who have worked there for a long time are so nice. The new woman who started working there recently unfortunately is HORRIBLE. It’s been OVER A MONTH since my appointment and I still am dealing with the damages. I went in for a basic pedicure and color change and was given a green pus filled infection on not one, but both sides of my big toe.
