She was patient with me as I customized through the process. Place was consistently busy with lots of other happy customers. Got lots of compliments on my nails already. Scheduled an appointment with Cece. I get a call the day of my appointment saying that they had to push it back two hours. I show up and end up with Tiffany instead of Cece. Then I come to the realization that my appointment was pushed back and I was put with Tiffany to accommodate a friend of Cece’s. The final product was nice but 4 of my nails popped completely off within a week. I paid 90 dollars, the least they could do was stay on. Many people recommended VIP nails so I went in with high hopes but ended up extremely disappointed.

I came in to get nails done and toes. My nails took forever to get done and they have bubbles in the acrylic. Line are not clean at all. I asked for certain shape and each nail has different shape. Left with super thick miss shaped nails. My Friends nails that got done as well are all super thick and miss shaped as well. We paid close to 300 for it all and gave great tip. But we feel like they really did us wrong.

So we waited in the car for 1 hour because our appointment was at 11:30am. Then we went back in at 11:30 and they said we have to wait again. Which is also okay if they were kind about it. They said one of us would have to wait 15 min and the other person would have to wait longer. The girl in the front (best English speaker) was extremely disrespectful, asking us if we even made an appointment. Which we did prior 48 hours. Anywho, when I asked why they took another person they just sat there quietly. If they asked us to look at the colors, or take a seat, or even said it nicely or apologetically then maybe we would’ve waited. Another thing, is they didn’t even apologize.
