Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went in a couple of weeks ago to get a gel pedicure done. First of all, they don’t give you the price list. They hold it and constantly insist on you getting the $55 one. Second, I asked for her to cut my toenails short and she didn’t. I can feel the long toenails when I wear tennis shoes. I’d cut them, but it’s a French tip.Third, she grabbed my middle toe and did this weird turn and flick on it before walking away. I’m not sure what that was about but it hurt. Fourth, my big toe was swollen for days after from when she cleaned the cuticles. Then she said it would be $15 in addition to the 55 for a gel pedicure. I do not think this was worth $70. I went in a couple of weeks ago to get a gel pedicure done. First of all, they don’t give you the price list. They hold it and constantly insist on you getting the $55 one. When I politely asked it she argued with me that she did it.
