I love this spot! The only place in town I trust to do my nails. I am picky & love a cute design. They are friendly and fast. For my 4th of July design they had three different people work on my nails just so they could get it just right which is really great service. I was so happy!

Never going back here again I repeatedly told the lady I did not like my nails , They were crooked , different sizes and the way she laid the acrylic was rushed she had an attitude because I wouldn’t let her Just do my nails any kind of way my pinky nail broke the next day . Today is day 2 and they look a week old already Try a different nail shop

The skill level was awesome I would have to say but one on one people social skills need some serious work…. Re-edit…..I was being nice that day because my nails looked cute… But honestly …. Now that my nails are off… I’m mad about the damage that was done to my real nail bed… The day I got them done… I felt burning on my nail beds… I was told that normal… Now my nail beds are slit and they are so irritating…. Positive: QualityI came in for a walk in and was told to make an appointment for the next day. When I came back, I was informed that I could not come in without an appointment. I tried to explain I had an appointment and the man began arguing with me saying that I was not welcome and did not have an appointment. A lady came to help me and I had her pull out the appointment book where I was able to show her my appointment. They did not make me feel welcome at all, it was almost awkward being there. With that being said, I was not looking for a friendly nail place, just a good one. I’ve never had someone so meticulous with my cuticles and my calluses. She got everything! Rose, Andy and the girls are amazing at VIP. Great customer service & great prices. My nails are always fabulous. Never have to worry about them falling off, even after 4 weeks without a fill. It’s always a great time, good conversation, smiles and laughs. And you always get what YOU ask for. Thank You VIP!!!! You’ve got my business.

Ok so I am relatively new to Ridgecrest and wanted to check out all of the amenities. I have chosen to try VIP Nails first because of Yelp reviews. The nail salon is average size laid out like a majority that I have been to. People are polite and helpful. So far I have gotten a full set of nails and a pedicure on my first visit and a fill and polish as well a full set for my daughter on my second visit. The place was clean and despite being a nail salon did NOT have strong noxious odors. It was pleasant and relaxing and I enjoyed the experience. However you should be aware English is spoken well but when staff is speaking to each other they do not always use English. Which does not bother me but does matter to some.
