Walked into Salon because I was in desperate need of a new set. Salon was clean, and the tech was nice offered us water. However… the look of my nails was not up to par. And within just one day of having my nails my index nail broke completly off as I was cleaning out my car. One day! And gone. I paid 50 dollars for a set that couldnt even last a day. Would not recommend this salon. Also was told that since I picked out 5 different colors, one for each nail the 50 I was paying would go up drastically to 60 maybe even 70 due to the amount of color used. Do not recommend.

The worst nails spa in my life! I went in there to get Dipping powder nails but I went out with damaged nails, broken and bleeding skin, extra charged and with no dipping powder nails at all. To my big surprise, the owner clearly did not know how to do that. My nails looked uneven and very bad so I told her to stop doing dipping powder. I was feeling sorry for her and to solve the problem I told her to do just manicure.Big mistake! She did not apologized for damaging my skin. I hope that I will not get any infection.

First off she said that my nail was long when it’s really short and then the female wanted to charge me $10 to put one nail on. Did you hear me $10 for one nail I left and told her – just say you don’t wanna do it. Be honest and say you don’t want to do one finger nail. Horrible customer service horrible professionalism I could only imagine the quality of the type of nails that they do. Did you hear me $10 for one nail I left and told her – just say you don’t wanna do it. Be honest and say you don’t want to do one finger nail. I walked in, first time visitor, told them I wanted a gel manicure and was turned away, VERY BAD first impression. I’ve never walked into an Asian salon and was told they were too busy and to make an appt. They were short staffed, 3 people up front, and 2 customers, yup I said 2!!!! The first worker looked at me and straight up shook her head after I said gel manicure, the worker next to her told me they’re busy and to make an appt. Not in a nice way either. As I walked away she than tried to be nice and asked to make an appt. Next time. I understand they get busy but please say it in a nice way and try to contain your rude facial expressions.

I had an appointment and had to wait a half an hour. Excellent job on my services once seen. I did note that a lady came in without an appointment and was not encouraged to stay, though the wait would of been short based on staff. They post on the window that walk ins are welcome. ??

They always do a great job! My gel manicures last, and they have lots of pedicure options. PS they often offer refreshments…the green tea is the best!
