I gave it a 0 because while the pedicure was okay, she didn’t soak my right foot long enough and almost cut my toenail too short, but the manicure sucked! I had a lady named Tram, I read the name off of her license. Not only did she miss spots on my manicure that she had to go back and fix, she didn’t wait long enough between coats so the polish ended up sloshing around. I’ve done my own nails enough to know you have to wait in between coats. It was so not worth the $33. I will not be going back there ever. I’d rather mess up a little and do them for free at home. The only thing I really liked was the massage pad they had on the chairs when you get a pedicure. Oh, and she needs to figure out how to trim and shape finger nails properly.

I have been here twice, the first experience was not a pleasant one, but I thought I would give them the opportunity to redeem themselves. I was greeted and told it would be 5-10 minutes before someone could do my pedicure. I literally soaked my feet for nearly 45 minutes and then was told it would be an additional 30 minutes. I left and will not return.

Only received one star so I can leave review. My mother and grandmother and I walked in for a pedicure and was placed in cool water and soaked for over a half hour without being acknowledged or spoken to about being short handed or when we may receive service at all. The water got cold and the jets stopped it was awful! We dried our own feet and left with not so much as an apology from these people. I wouldn’t give them another chance if they paid me! Rude is rude! They could have at least spoken to us

i went a few days ago to get my nails done, i paid 35 dollars and it wasn’t the full service! my nails were long, she didn’t file or cut them, she didn’t push my cuticles back so i have a large space between my cuticle and where the acrylic begins! horrible service, and the employees need to learn how to treat customers with respect. the whole time she was applying the acrylic she kept tugging on my arm!! how is someone supposed to relax in such an enviornment.

Water in foot tub cold. Asked 3 times for him to warm it up, never did. He (manager or owner) was by himself and no customers yet the trash can was full and nail stations were not stocked. He had to run to the back for everything. Stayed on his phone the whole time, either talking or watching video from the other place he runs. Terrible. Never again.

just left here, the lady that did my nails was extremely rough and rude. she told me not to move my feet in the water because I would make a mess. she threw my feet around and even hit it on the side of the pedicure tub. horrible! and she i didn’t even get to dry my toes. she finished and said “you’re done, you can go now.”

Went in for a pedi, asked for hot water was repeatedly ignored. Also asked for nails to be cut filed, he cut them. He used the grater with water only, no lotion. Did not have the nail dividers that go in between toes, had no idea where things were. Bad experience, I’ve had worse but can’t remember when.
