Rude service, dirty and tried to overcharge for services despite being advertised as another price. Will never use again as well as will tell everyone how terrible it is. Tried to charge $10 extra for long length, this is standard length everywhere else! The owner told me it costs more because she has to pay her rent. Went to Cute Nails in GBC and they did a great job.

3rd time here was not a charm-I wanted to like them after all the good reviews, but had another poor quality visit. My nails were uneven and my daughter’s nails were sealed with filing dust in them- when I tried to request it be fixed, all I got was excuses instead of results. This is just unacceptable when I am not happy as your customer! I have had my nails done for years and know the process. Maybe they need to learn better English to effectively communicate and not be on the phone so much with personal calls. Will Never get my business again.

They did really well on my nails and I loved how they turned out! I also loved that the nail salon did not smell bad like most nail places it actually smelled really good. The staff did an amazing job and the wait was really short even though they had lots of customers.

Tried to make an appointment AT ANY TIME where they could do my mani / pedi at the same time. At first they said they would, but then at last minute, said they would “try”. When I said I would be driving 35 minutes to come and I needed same time appt. They refused. This is NOT a service oriented business. They could not care less about patient satisfaction.

Rude and horrible service! Very unsanitary! Save yourselves the time and money. The nail techs and waxing were both terrible. I have been getting my downstairs waxed for almost a decade. That was a terrible experience where I left crying for how horrible the wax was. Please take the bad review’s seriously. Save your downstairs for the experience I had.

Got the cucumber pedi. The lady scrubbed my legs longer than she scrubbed, rubbed, massaged my feet. Spent very little time at all on my feet! HELLO THIS IS A PEDI!! She had the water way too cold so the entire tub had to be drained and refilled. She was very rough with my cuticles and I even told her she was hurting me. She cut my cuticle! She then left me “to dry” while she went to lunch, which is fine if she or any other available employees hadn’t forgot about me!! FOURTY FIVE MINUTES later, she nor any other employees came to me to finish up and pay, so I got up and said I’m ready to go! Definitely not a “VIP” service by any means! Too many other nail salons in the area to get this poor service!
