Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe quality of the service my daughter and I received is very poor. Our nail tech was nice and she tried, but the skill is just not present in her work. Both of our nails were bumpy and uneven and went straight into the cuticle, making the nails look even more lumpy. The tech did try to fix mine but they still look awful. She ended up taking some of our total cost down, but that doesn’t fix the issue. I appreciate she tried to fix them and was polite but we won’t be returning. I went home and used my own dremel to even them out and that took 40 minutes of filing. She also did not sanitize her equipment, station or hands between doing my daughters nails and mine. The quality of the service my daughter and I received is very poor. Our nail tech was nice and she tried, but the skill is just not present in her work. Both of our nails were bumpy and uneven and went straight into the cuticle, making the nails look even more lumpy. The tech did try to fix mine but they still look awful. Critical: QualityVery nice people and very clean. I’ve seen their gel work and it is beautiful. However, if you want dip, I would suggest other places. My toes and fingers don’t match, my fingers are messy, uneven and one finger has a spot that I tried to have her correct and she just tried to sand it a bit. The dip is thick and bubbly.

The lady who did my nails wanted me to soak my nails off and get a new set because she seen water under my nail and I will get finger nail fungus.Sunday morning I realized my paint was starting to chip off. Called to get my money back and she just offered to redo the paint. I would not recommend this place if it was the last one open. So I went here Saturday to get a fill because the power was out with my regular nail shop. The lady who did my nails wanted me to soak my nails off and get a new set because she seen water under my nail and I will get finger nail fungus.Sunday morning I realized my paint was starting to chip off. Called to get my money back and she just offered to redo the paint. I would not recommend this place if it was the last one open. Definitely would not be going back.
