Honestly if I could, I would give this place more than 5 stars! I am not one to go and get their nails done often but a couple of weeks ago I decided to go to another nail salon for a no chip. I was told that it would last at least two weeks and it chipped the very first week. I decided to give VIP Nail Salon a try because it’s walking distance from my house and I am so glad I did. Kim and her husband (I didn’t catch his name) are good people! At almost 40 years old, this is the first place I have EVER gone to get my nails done where the techs actually talked to me and genuinely cared what I was saying. Customer service is key to me and this place goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

The owner was not respectful when I came back next day to show an imperfection in one of my nails. Not only she doesn’t know to do nails, but is overpriced. No wonder the place is always empty! Does she know there are hundreds of nail salons? Lady: Customer service is a must in this bussiness!

Nice people. Horrible product. I got a pedicure in 15 minutes. I wanted to soak off my nails but they kept trying to convince me to have them taken off the painful way and my eyebrow wax is horrible. One of my eye brows is sitting up higher than the other and my right eye brow looks like I waxed my own. And it’s hard to tell someone you don’t like something when they can’t even fix it after it done. Sorry I will not be back.

I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure and eyebrows. I had two different people do the mani-pedi. The pedicure was pretty awful, She was busy talking and was pretty distracted. I left with nail polish all over my toes. Theyre alittle on the pricey side to be leaving me with polish to clean up and nails to file on my own.

It’s usely very good and there good at there job, but I went once and I didn’t know the nail polish was textured and she didn’t tell me at all. And than she said she would charge me 10 bucks to take it off. And she just ended up putting it on top.
