Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWe came here with the hope of finding a new salon close to our home after just moving to the area. Only one of our nail techs gave us a straight answer after asking for pricing several times and the manager of the salon did additional services on my kids’ nails without asking them and proceeded to charge us an additional $15 for each. They also up-charged me and my husband after repeatedly saying we wanted basic/regular pedicures that were supposed to be $25 each and ended up being $90 total. Given how flexible they label their prices and lack of communication, they seem to charge what they want once you get to the register. They also faked their credit card machine being out to make you pay cash and their salon license has been expired since May 2021. Had we seen that before we sat down, we would have left immediately. We came here with the hope of finding a new salon close to our home after just moving to the area. Only one of our nail techs gave us a straight answer after asking for pricing several times and the manager of the salon did additional services on my kids’ nails without asking them and proceeded to charge us an additional $15 for each. Critical: PunctualityDon’t bother making an appointment. It means nothing. I called and had a 2pm pedicare appointment as did another lady as well. At 230 I got up and was leaving and they stopped me and said they were running water for me, which I thought it meant someone would start my pedicure. Not so, it was 3pm before it started and both OS us that had appointments walked out at 4pm. Ridiculous. Nail walk ins were helped before any appointments. At 230 I got up and was leaving and they stopped me and said they were running water for me, which I thought it meant someone would start my pedicure.
