They did a wonderful job on my nails, BUT, they began lifting after 8 days and eventually broke off around day 10. I’ve never had this happen with acrylics before, and I didn’t do anything “rough” with my hands during this time. Sad because they were gorgeous and pretty expensive!

If you plan to get your nails done! I do not recommend. I REPEAT, I do not recommend. Save your money or go somewhere else. This is the first time I felt like I NEEDED to leave a review because it was that bad. I had Mymy who did my acrylic nails, she asked for how long I wanted for all 10 of my fingers. And honestly, I didn’t even know the proper length to each finger haded to be! She’s the professional, I have never had any nail stylist asked me for the length for all 10 fingers! She started off by doing white gel powder, after 3 fingers of putting it on, I didn’t like it and prefer it with painted nail polish. She probably got upset because when she was filing my 3 fingers down, she was pressuring where i felt a burning sensation. If I knew any better I would’ve left right there and then. I honestly felt like she knew nothing about nails! Lastly, i told them how unsatisfied I was and the manger CJ only gave me a $5 gift card to come back. I AM NOT RETURNING! And I still paid FULL PRICE FOR THIS SIMPLE MANICURE!

I got a full set today during my first time at VIP nails. I was able to get in without an appointment which was great. While I do love the color, my technician was not friendly, in fact seemed frustrated with me the whole time. They were fairly rough while doing them. Also, my nails hurt after I finished which is not something I have ever had happen before. I am currently writing this as my nails are very sore.. This is so unfortunate as I wanted to love this place!

Have had very positive experiences at this salon. Appointment times are respected, while still allowing walk-ins. When an error is made (part of life- nothing is 100% perfect) they work to make accommodations. Very clean, relaxing, and happy environment. Keep up the great work! Pedicure, Acrylic nails

Great service! They were pretty busy when I went in and so I expected a little wait but it couldn’t have been more than 5 minutes before they got me started. Everyone was very friendly, costs were clear. I had Heidy and she did a fantastic job. She suggested a fun twist on what I wanted and I LOVED it. Just a little extra without being too loud for me to wear at work. She was very gentle, and my cuticles and feet look a million times better now, plus she didn’t file my nails paper thin for the gel polish. Only thing I noticed were that massages weren’t quite as long as what I’ve found typical for basic mani/pedi at other salons, but they do have an option to pay more for a longer massage. Definitely somewhere I’d go to again!

Expensive and not worth the price. No massage or lotion applied during the pedicure. It was not a relaxing experience at all. Overall just not that great for the price I paid. $55 for gel polish pedicure and you have to tip in cash there, they won’t add it to your card. Pedicure

I used to go to VIP biweekly for acrylic nails and they were never the nicest to me. This last time i went (because my nails kept breaking off after one week of having them), as i was getting them fixed, the man that was doing them laughed at me and was making fun of me because he was hurting my finger (really? ). He obviously was inexperienced and he didn’t stop or anything and he also hit my hand to get my attention (hard), which is just so unnecessary. I don’t know who hired this guy or if he was just a friend of one of the techs. I saw that the woman who did my nails was in the store too, but they lied and said she wasn’t there when I first walked in.
