Critical: QualityFirst and only time coming here- will not return. Walk in appointment to get a fill, two nails fixed, and new color. Nails looked decent upon leaving. Realized later in the day how bumpy and uneven they were, how thick and large they were applied- now a week later- polish is peeling, bubbling up, just overall scruffy- nails look like they have been on for over two weeks due to the fact that they didn’t nip or push the cuticle back and place the form far enough back. First and only time coming here- will not return. Walk in appointment to get a fill, two nails fixed, and new color. Nails looked decent upon leaving. I made an appointment for an gel acrylic fill in couple weeks ago and Terrie was the one I believe who did my nails at number 5. I showed her a picture on Pinterest of an ombré style I wanted and she did amazing!!! I have received so many compliments on my nails. I will go to her for now on.

Hannah was so friendly and welcoming! She was gentle, kind, and really took the time to make sure my nails looked perfect. She was able to repare one of my nails so I could keep the length, instead of cutting them all shorter. They look beautiful! Polish removal, Dip powder, Nail repair

The place is nice in general, and staff are very nice, but multiple people had to work on my pedicure because the woman I had, had no business doing pedicures. Service was slow, she could not shape the nail correctly, used old worn out files and scrubs and then the person that painted them did it very sloppily. Unfortunately my first and last time coming here.

OVERPRICED!! I paid $90 for a simple set of acrylic nails, which is completely outrageous. My sister has gotten her nails done there weeks prior from our appointment, but they didn’t charge her nearly that much before. I recommend you getting your nails done anywhere but here. I was charged $95 for a $40 fill when I asked why the price was high the told me multiple lies. They took a tip from my card without telling me. When I asked questions they kicked me out. Here is a picture of the fill I paid $95 for. Ever since the new manage they customer service is terrible and if they think you have money they will over charge you.

This was the most awful experience getting my nails done. I had dip done and he didn’t even take the old paint off all the way and u can see it through the new dip. He rushed me through and told me I could shape my nails when I got home. I had bleeding cuticles and residue from the dip on my hands. I will NEVER go back here again . If I could give negative stars I would. Waste of my money and time!
