Critical: QualityThey asked my daughter very personal questions. Her nails were crooked when she first got them. Not to mention that only one week later one of her nails already fell off and there’s another one that’s about to fall off. They also charge $55 for acrylics not 35 online says. First time I went a few years ago and was great but this time was horrible. I’m on my feet for hours every day I’m a nurse I figured this would help. I went in for a pedicure and they soaked my feet in cool water it was cold and specifically told her 3 times my issue is my heals. It was very rushed and my heels still look the same as when I went in. I will not go back or recommend anybody going

Critical: ProfessionalismMy pedicure was rushed. The chair “Tommy” put me was broken and leaned to far back. There was nobody getting a pedicure when I went in and only 2 when I left. As fast as he rushed through it I should of soaked in warm water before I came. He put the wrong color on and when he took it off he didn’t put the base polish back on so had to take it off again. No VIP treatment with that pedicure. I won’t even begin with the manicure. When I went to leave nobody would come take my money. They just stood around talking and laughing in their language . didn’t clean dirt from underneath toenails, didn’t paint edges, and super expensive for the basic pedicure. i also got ingrown toenails removed a year or 2 ago and now have them again from the way he did my pedicure Pedicure

Came here the other day to get my nails done. The lady was very friendly who did my nails, she wasnt very gentle, and cut my cuticle. Not all of my nails are the same length. Its hard to notice, id definitely come back again, but hope they pay a little more attention to length and are a little more gentle. Friendly people, good prices.
