VIP never lets me down. Been in CF 5 years and this is the best place in town, hands down. All the techs do great work. Prices are realistic and worth the cost. Great with nail art too. I’m a dip wearer, but have seen some absolutely gorgeous acrylic sets they’ve done. Not as flashy as some of the other nail places but doesn’t need the flash – I’d rather have gorgeous nails than anything fancy in the store.

I went to VIP Nails for the first time a week ago and I waited to review to see how long my nails lasted. Super Impressed! I got a manicure with dip and the lady was so thorough I have never had such a thorough dip set. I will definitely be going here for my nails! I also had a pedicure that was also more thorough than I’ve had in the past. The lady that did my nails was super nice.

I went in 7/11/22 after work for a pedicure and acrylic fill. I originally wanted just polish over the fill but was convinced to do gel. On 7/16/22 my right pointer nail had broken off, and I didn’t even feel it break. I went in around 3:15 that day and was told to come back at 4:30. I came back at 4:30 and was told they would get to me when I could and to sit down. One of the employees children was laying on the couch so I couldn’t even sit in the actual waiting area. When I showed them what was wrong along with the multiple chips on the other nails I was told it was because I had only gotten a fill and not a full set. I’ve worn acrylics for a while and not only have I never had an issue until now I’ve never broken a nail until now. The tech who was helping me was jumping between the pedicure he was working on and myself and did not acknowledge the poor job done on the rest of the nails when I pointed it out. I was made to feel like a huge inconvenience for requesting they be fixed while it was an inconvenience for me to have to deal with coming back to town, and arguing to get the problem remedied. I’m still not happy with my nails but at least I’m not looking stumpy anymore. Attached photos are how my nails look 5 days after being done, which I pointed out to them and was ignored.

Went here for pedicures with my 4 year old. They did hers first and she was done and they had her go to the other side of the building alone before I was even started because they got busy after we got there. By the time we were both done I was over this place we paid and left. Get home and her nails are horrible. Guess that’s to be expected when they want a 4 year old to sit alone with another small child of a worker trying to get her to play. I called to see if they could do a partial refund and was told no. We don’t live in town so driving back in isn’t an option. We won’t be back and definitely will NOT recommend.

The older man who did my nails was disrespectful and cut me a whole bunch with the drill that’s he wasn’t suppose to use on my cuticles. I also had to reshape them when I got home because they were not the same length and no the shape I wanted.
