Prior to ending up at VIP Nails I searched for the highest reviewed nail places on google. VIP Nails has great reviews and great prices. Their yelp site states they are by appointment only. When I called they were able to get me in within 30 minutes of my call.

Today I experienced something that was an example of the WORST customer service a person could experience. I went to get a fill-in today and signed in, picked my polish and sat down as I usually do. I wait .. 1 hour goes by, now into the second hour and I get up to see where my name is on the list because this is a long time to wait for a service. I asked the owners where was my name, they explained that they called my name and that I had to sign in again, I asked why? They said because we called your name. I said are you serious ? Not!?!?!? I will not wait another two hours to pay you for a service that I no longer want from you! If anyone is familiar with the salon, they have a separate area that some customers sit in and wait to be called because it gets pretty packed in the front part of the salon.Neither of the owners got up and walked to the area to see if I was in their establishment as they normally do!! Thus I was overlooked and experienced what I’d call poor customer service!!! I plea with my fellow patrons , please don’t waste your time and money if ppl don’t value you!! Me and my family will no longer go here for their services. I’ll keep my hard earned money and pay for services that is fitting and respectful of my time and money, this is a coming from a person that has been in customer service for over 30 years. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR!! I’d like to give zero but at minimum one star is required!!

Service is quick and my nail tech. always do a great job on my nails and when she does my pedicure. They had one tech. that did an excellent job with doing eye brows but she is no longer there. So I have to find someone else to do that.

I went to VIP Nails for the first time today and it was amazing!! I’ll admit that I’m extremely particular about shellac manicures. But this place did an AMAZING job! And it was quick! My friend and I went in there around 5:30 and both had our nails done (by the same person) in under an hour. Amazing service. Amazing price. I’ll be going back from now on!

I arrived at 0930, to get a pedicure. It states on there sign that they open at 0900. I was 6th in line. I waited over an hour to find out they jumped over me to service others that came in long after I arrived there. The place is too crowded, dirty and they pick and choose who they’ll do next. Too bad I’m a good tipper. My wife on the other hand had a good experience. Maybe it’s a woman thing and they don’t service to men.

I gave this place a try again after like 5 years. Went in on a Tuesday, thumb nail broke off with out me feeling it on Thursday. Then on Saturday I had another nail break off without feeling that one break either. And a few of them have been lifting. It hasn’t even been a week! Shows how good they were done(NOT). Obviously, what they are using and how they are doing it isn’t very good. This place is horrible.
