Tien Le does an exceptional job and really is the best in Owensboro. I couldn’t be happier with his meticulousness with acrylics and fill-ins. The first time I went to him was for a full acrylic set and my nails looked even better than the inspiration pic I showed him.

Nail tech took his time and was gentle.I came in with a train wreck of nails (from another salon) and some pretty bad feet. They did a great job! Took their time and made sure to ask if things were okay, if I liked it, etc. First thing I noticed was the plexiglass, disinfectant spray, hand sanitizer and they were doing their best with social distancing. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the woman who performed my pedicure but she did a great job, even applied acrylic to give me normal looking toenails, just like I asked! My nails look great and she was very helpful with colors. I like the system they have for signing in also. Very dissatisfied with the results. I have slender fingers and now I have short nails that make my fingers look stuby and fat, not to mention I specifically said the first nail she cut was to short, she said I couldn’t get any longer because it wouldn’t look good so I trusted her advice . My nails have never looked this bad and to think I paid 50.00 bucks for them makes me angry . The lady doing my nails totally disregarded anything that I asked for, I mean , these are my nails, my money so shouldn’t she have done what I asked her to do. I hope to be reimbursed with a new setnails and a nail technician who respects the likes and dislikes of the customer who is paying forservice. Every time I look at my nails it makes me sick

I came here once and never came back. Really expensive compared to other salons in my opinion and the pedicure was nothing to ride home about. I wish I had a better experience at this salon because they did a great job on my nails. However, I will not be returning. They did not inform me upon arrival that it would be an hour wait and failed to mention customers constantly sign in and come back later (so the wait can appear shorter than it truly is). After I waited an hour patiently, I asked why I had waited so long and how much longer it would be. For this action, my nail technician barely spoke to me the entire time. Make sure you bring cash because it is a 4% charge to use a card. Luckily, I called ahead and found out this information and that my gel manicure should cost $30. Once it was time to pay, however, I was told it was $40. The employee just took the $40 and walked away. Not sure if they just tipped themselves $10 assuming I would not tip or I was charged extra for requesting an extra coat of nail polish. WILL NOT GO HERE AGAIN.
